Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless, eyes closed technique that uses a specific word or sound called a mantra, to naturally settle the mind and body into a state of deep rest, one that is 2-5 times deeper than that of sleep. This profound state of rest allows deep-rooted stresses to dissolve naturally, while helping to create a restorative physiology bringing innumerable benefits to the individual.
Attend an intro talk or schedule a one-on-one intro call to determine if this method is for you. In the training, Ill give you a personalized mantra and all that you need to meditate with ease and confidence.
