I was very pleased upon calling ABR to diagnosis my M3. Joseph was polite and concerned. I took my car in and they did run a diagnostic test and I also happened to find out the my starter was going bad. They went out of their way to not make me feel pressured, that level of integrity is what is needed in automotive repair.

Within two years of repairing engine oil leaks and $5000 later the same leaks are back. I believe the leaks were never completely fixed. Right after the fix the car appeared to be consuming a lot of oil but they explained it away as "these cars consume a lot of oil". Mine never had previously. I should have insisted that it be checked out. By the time it started showing up on the ground COVID, hit and I was reluctant to return. End result, I'm outside the warranty period and have to pay again to get it fixed again. I may do that but not at ABR.

This is an amazing BMW service center, from the clean, welcoming lobby (that includes Bones, the dog), friendly and professional staff, and excellent service. We have taken our car there twice, after having never gone anywhere since 1990 except to Silvio's in town (and a few misguided times to a dealership!), and found the same honest service, including decent prices, that we had come to expect. Our car had some unusual problems and needed a complete software update, which took longer than expected, and they were exceptionally informative and kept us posted. After I was rear-ended on 45, ABR Houston did a fantastic job getting my BMW back in order. Body work, parking sensor setup, everything. Came back cleaner than I'd left it and faster than any other collision repair I've ever had. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

I needed a hard to find part for an older 325.. These guys went out of their to check their inventory and shipped it out to me immediately. I had some concern of purchasing a part from someone I didn't know, as I'm in Calif., however I was assured by a couple of other BMW shops that these guys were honest.
Happy to report I received the part and it was exactly in the condition they described it to be in.

Great shop in North Houston for maintenance or repair work, after the dealer warranty / maintenance expires. They have a cozy waiting area (with leather couches if you end up having to wait for your car), coffee bar, snack bowl, and charging cables for your devices.
Don't forget about the specials on their website. They'll save you quite a bit and will be in line with other area shops as far as pricing. For their oil changes on BMW at least, they use high end oil.
The oil change took around an hour on a Friday, not bad at all! They did find a few other items that needed attention

Best experience to date at any automotive service. I have had many to choose from. Clean comfortable shop with all the equipment they need to maintain, repair or turn your bimmer into a rocket. Service advisors were the first to really impress me. I don't often have knowledgable people around to grill for advice or ask random questions about my car, so i just unloaded. They were very professional, but more importantly, they are seriously experts and knew so much more than i could have hoped. My 550i msport was done, very fast. The technician working on my car must value the customers time

Best German car repair shop in Texas! Very professional! Brought my car in for repairs that had rust and no one was able to get the job done, ABR Houston was able to do it in under 3 hrs. Detailed repair with photos of before and after. I live in Florida and in TX and I must say! This is my one and only car repair shop. Don't look elsewhere!

ABR is an awesome place to take your bmw. I thought I had a busted coilover and was quoted a price to fix. But the owner (can't remember his name) put it on the lift and found out it was just a loose bolt. He tightened it up and charged me bout 35$. Giving it a 5 star because he easily could have lied and screwed me over about what was wrong. But he didn't. Can't put a price on honesty.

This place is THE best. We have been bringing our MINI Coopers here for two years and won't go anywhere else. They beat the dealer prices and have been known to complete work below their estimates. They use genuine MINI parts, do fantastic work that they stand behind. Most importantly, they treat us like the honest hardworking people we are.

As of the typing of this review I have been a loyal ABR client for about a year, or year and a half. I have been in to have my E39 540i worked on to a grand total of around $15,000. I have spent more money on service to my car in this past year than most people would spend on their vehicle for the entire length of ownership. They have performed maintenance, repairs, modifications, ETC. on almost every different system of my car ranging from a simple oil change, to a complete M62 engine timing chain service. I have owned various BMW's over the last 20 years and therefore I have a lot of experience with BMW dealers and independent shops. ABR is the best BMW repair shop I have ever dealt with for both newer model BMW's and classic BMW's. I have a rare E34 M5 that was sitting because of some bad prior dealings with other independent shops. I took a leap of faith and took my M5 to ABR for repair. Jordan, the ABR service advisor, gave me an estimate to bring it back to life, including what needed to be done right away and what could wait. ABR took on the project, kept me posted as the project progressed

These guys know their BMW's. They are honest, straightforward and helpful. I have been to them for an alignment on a non-M 335i that needed M spec alignment and they corrected what the Southwest/Richmond alignment shop could not do. Not only that, but the BMW Katy West Freeway couldn't even do it...but low and behold, after I got the car back from ABR, it drove waaaaay better than the other shop's poor attempt.

Best experience with a car shop I've ever had! I brought in my '08 335i for a wheel bearing job. Jordan called me back and walked me through what was happening with my wheel bearing, but also explained a few recommended repairs, told me which ones could wait and for how long before becoming an issue. When I came in to pick up my car, their waiting room was very clean, had several drink options, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Jordan and his team are the best in the Houston area for BMW repair and diagnosis. I sent my 535i to them after having a botched engine install at another shop. Normally shops do not like to go behind anyone else work, Jordan and his team not only took my car in.. they got in running and driving again! Hands down will be returning again for work/maintenance on my other BMWs. Highly, highly recommend!

This is my second time visiting ABR. Brought my 335is back for AC recharge. Overall experience was excellent. Jordan has been very helpful and professional. Great customer service and I am very pleased and thrilled that I have ABR working on my car. My car was washed and ready for me to pick up in the afternoon. I was surprised that interior was vacuumed and a notepad with a pen were placed inside the car and it was very nice of them. Thank you ABR!

I have had 7 M cars and an E30 325is and have used lots of dealers and independent shops.
Just because it's a dealer doesn't make it bad, in fact, a dealer I used out in CA have come through on several very difficult to diagnose issues on my E39 M5, blowing away the two independent shops in LA with great Yelp reviews who couldn't figure it out to save their lives.
Just because it's an indy shop doesn't make it good. I tracked my E30 325is quite hard back in the day and there were miscellaneous annoying electrical issues that a nameless dealer in Arcadia, CA couldn&apos
