We provide you with the print-out and explain the repair process in detail. With over 30 years of auto body collision repair experience we are able to give you a more accurate repair estimate which will allow you to make a much better decision. If you are making a collision claim against insurance then we will work your insurance company to receive approval for our estimate or we may use the estimate provided by your insurance company adjuster.

At this time you will meet with one of our Estimators to determine the extent of damage to your vehicle. If we can identify all the damage, an estimate will be written, parts preordered and an appointment set for you to drop off for repairs. If we can not determine all the damage, we may have you leave it at this point depending on the extent of damage.

This place is the real deal.
During the pandemic so many things are impacted, from rental cars and sourcing parts to retaining skilled labor and professional staff that is communicating expectation with clients in a timely manner. I spoke with Behzad from start to finish and he was upfront and proactive in helping me get my car back into shape after a serious collision that initially seemed like it might total the car.
During these uncertain times one thing that is for certain is I whole heartedly recommend Elden Collision Center.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I have to. We took our 2019 Highlander in for repairs. As mentioned in other reviews, we received routine updates on progress. We didn’t have to call them. The damages were greater than our insurance estimate, but Behzad got our insurance to add the cost of the additional repairs without having us involved! Our insurance had prices some items as third party items, but the Elden Collision Center somehow was able to get Toyota OEM parts without any additional cost.

Elden Collision Center performed very well from start to finish.
Great service and very professional! I took my BMW X2 with a damaged bumper from a car accident to this body shop and they did fantastic work and in the time that was promised.
The entire process went smoothly and Behzad kept me updated and handled everything about insurance very well, I even needed to get a rental car and he coordinated with enterprise and made everything easy for me.
Highly recommend this place .

I hit my rear passenger door in a parking garage at school. I received two estimates from shops near my school but my parents suggested that I take my car to elden collision as they had been numerous times before to repair their cars. I don't regret it - their work was fabulous and you cannot tell it was in an accident. Their estimate was about the same as one of the estimates I received from the shop by my school and they were very transparent with everything. I also had them fix another blemish on my car as it's a new car while I was in. They finished ahead of schedule, are very responsive

I called ahead and the owner literally answered the phone and told me to come by whenever. I accidentally closed the garage door on the back of my X5, resulting in a small, but ugly gouge all the way down to the metal. The Elden estimate was less than half that of the other estimate I obtained, largely because they didn't try to do unnecessary work; they determined that it would not be necessary to paint the entire door whereas the other place didn't even mention that painting the single damaged panel would be a viable option. The manager at Elden could not be more polite, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon when it was convenient

I've used Elden Collision Center 3 times in the past 3 months. Two of those time they completed paint and body work and the 3rd time, they installed aftermarket headlights on my vehicle. All 3 interactions were professional and pleasant. They are extremely honest and fair when giving estimates and pickup times.
For the body work, the repairs made the car look brand new, showroom quality. Everything was done to perfection. They blended the paint well so you can't even tell the vehicle has been painted. I received an estimate from another local shop which happened to be 2x what Elden charged!

I hit a cement wall while pulling into a tight parking space a couple months back. I reached out to two collision centers and the quote was about the same. I chose Elden Collision Center mostly because they were able to service my car immediately and were very friendly and helpful. The repair took about a week and the final cost was identical to the quote. They also cleaned my car so it looked and smelled like a brand new car! I highly recommend this place.

Was in a car accident at the merge of FFX Parkway and Elden. Had my car towed there as it would not drive afterward and that was the closest Auto Body Shop. Am I glad I did.
Behzad's a good man and took care of everything. Even after I picked up the car and noticed some weird things from the accident (door handle auto-unlock stopped working) he took care of it.
Definitely recommend! It so rare these days to find people who take PRIDE in their work!

After a deer jumped in front of my car I started looking for body shops to fix it up. I reached out to several body shops in my area to find the best fit and Elden Collision center were the first ones to reach back to me. They were able to give me a good estimate with only pictures provided while other body shops refused to even give me an estimate without me getting the car towed there first. Although this body shop was the furthest away, I decided to have them do the project. I took my prized old Acura to Elden, to assess damage to my left front fender caused by an unfortunate encounter with a very tall curb. The car was repaired perfectly, at a fair price. The fender had to be painted and the paint is blended perfectly. Two other cosmetic tasks that I requested be performed were taken care of, with the results being what I hoped for.
Behzad, the Manager, is knowledgeable, engaged and very courteous. He kept me apprised every step of the way. I am hoping to not need Elden's services again soon, but I will absolutely return if the need arises.

I recently hit a deer in my Hyundai Kona; or should I say a deer hit me!? The incident created body damage to the driver's side of my car. After scanning reviews on Yelp I narrowed it down to 3 shops. I visited each of the 3 locations and decided on Elden Collision Center due to my interaction with Behzad.
Mr. Behzad was very personable and I could tell that he took a lot of pride in the work that his shop completed. The estimate took about 10 minutes and during that time I had total confidence in him.

5 stars all the way! These guys did an incredible job fixing my Ford F-150. Hopefully I never need to go back for collision repair, but if I do, I’m certainly going to them! The service I received exceeded my expectations! Do yourself and your car a favor and bring it over to Elden's. I was rear ended by an Allstate insurance holder and they provided me with a list of their preferred body shops. I was not satisfied with their recommendations and did my own research and found Elden's. Behzad took care of me throughout the entire process. You would never be able to tell that I was in an accident. Don't play yourself and your car! Go see Behzad and his team.....

I just got two dents/scratches fixed on our Camry Hybrid. Behzad was great. He gave me an estimate in about 10 minutes and gave me the lowest quote out of the three I attempted to get. Caliber collision wouldn't even give me a quote. They said I could set up an appointment in 3 days just to get a quote. Elden gave me a quote and fixed my car in about 3 days. They have a convenient night drop off, which I took advantage of.
The results are amazing. My car looks brand new. They also vacuumed and cleaned my interior. I seriously recommend these guys!

Elden Collision is my new go-to for quality paint work at an affordable price. I originally found out about them a few years ago when I was rear-ended, after getting a couple estimates I settled on Elden Collision and was very pleased with the results. No sign at all of the damage when they were done, quick service, and best of all the cost was VERY reasonable, especially for the area.

I'm absolutely pleased with the results I received here! Behzad is incredibly professional and responsive. He always made sure to call or email me with any updates and provided pictures of the the progress along the way. They made my car look new again and I couldn't be happier! I honestly hope I'm never in need of having to take my car to a collision center for any reason ever again, but I most definitely would take it back to Behzad at Elden Collision in a heartbeat!
