We went to about 25 different homes in our price range and he was constantly trying to find us more options to look at.
He had a good knowledge of the area, and the different neighborhoods that we looked at. He seemed to tell us his true thoughts about houses and neighborhoods, and, I feel, steered us in the right direction.
