I would not recommend this florist to any brides!!! My wedding was cancelled due to the fires and even though the owner didn’t incur any costs she wasn’t going to give me a full refund. After trying to reason with her multiple times she finally gave me a 50% refund but she was so difficult to deal with and didn’t have any empathy to the fact my wedding was cancelled a few days before it was meant to take place!

We had some anniversary photos taken while on a trip to California and I wanted a bouquet and boutonnière for them. I spoke with Karen over the phone and emailed her some ideas for what I wanted, and she created BEAUTIFUL pieces for us!! She has them ready for us exactly when she said she would, and they looked so pretty in our photos! Highly recommend this place if you’re eloping/taking photos around Lake Tahoe!

My mom was headed to Lake Tahoe for her birthday and I was sad that we weren't able to get her anything! I decided to google floral places in South Lake Tahoe and chose Enchanted Florist. They did not disappoint! The bouquet was BEAUTIFUL along with balloons, the staff person I ordered through over the phone was super helpful, and the delivery was right on time! Would highly recommend !

I received flowers from my best friend. She order them from Enchanted Florist and Karen designed one of the most beautiful arrangement! The Roses were the biggest I have ever seen in full bloom and the other flowers were so colorful. I would recommend enchanted florist for all your special occasions!

Karen and her team made our wedding floral dreams come true. I explained the vision I had for the day and she completely delivered. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is hard but finding vendors that follow you to three different venues is even harder, and Karen and her team stuck with us the entire way. The day of the wedding her and her team stayed to help flip the ceremony area into the reception area. She rooted us on and made us feel so special. Karen wanted us to get married as much as we did and that meant the world! Karen is truly a special lady and this day would not have been the same

My wife and I tied the knot last weekend at Lake Tahoe and we trusted Enchanted Florist to pull through for us with short notice. They didn't disappoint.
We kept it simple and classy and ordered half a dozen red roses and half a dozen white callalilys. They were beautiful!
The staff was very helpful, both over the phone and in the shop. I believe I met the owner (she had that owner vibe about her) and she provided excellent customer service. I genuinely felt like she was invested in the success of our special day. And let's be real, the bouquet is kind of a big deal.
