The Deeper Connection is an ecumenical Christian ministry that provides you with a path of transformation from the false, wounded self to the true, Christ-like self. Jesus did not come to start a new religion. Rather He said, "I come that they may have an abundant life and live it to the fullest." This ministry exists to serve and support you and your relationship with God, your true self and others.
It is easier to find guides, someone to tell you what to do, than someone to be with you in a discerning, prayerful companionship as you work it out yourself. I'm Maria and I welcome you to The Deeper Connection. I love that you're here. I've been on a spiritual journey as a follower of Christ since I was a little girl. My first memory of an encounter with the Living God goes back to when I was 8 years old. In a tender moment of prayer I felt the Presence of Jesus as an indescribable peace and all embracing love.
