Vino's Pizza & Grill

I was trying to order a delivery order and they changed their menu since the last time I ordered. So he told me they don't have what I ordered anymore and named other things that they did have. Well I guess I was taking to long and he de died to speak in Italian "where I don't understand" saying something nasty. I will never go here again.

Our family loves this place! Kids love the cheese pizza, the wings are amazing, also pasta! Hole in the wall but the food is AMAZING!

DO NOOOOTTTT ORDER FROM THIS CLOWNS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ORDERS TAKE 2 HOIRS TO MAKE. REALLY RIDICULOUS. HOPE MORE CUSTOMERS SEES THIS AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE.

PS Sense I can't reply to your comment. I had to edit this again. We order from you guys because we understand that mistakes are made. But when is consistent, then you have to hold them accountable. There have been time where you give us the wrong order and also tardiness. Like I said you just lost your customer and with that attitude of a clown that you are I hope your business strive because I won't see it

Ate here for the first time yesterday... for the last year or so we've frequented another 'New York' pizza restaurant that's only slightly closer to home. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza and the reasonable pricing. My wife snd I got an XL cheese pie and two drinks for less than the other guys charge for just the pie. It wasn't planned but these guys are our new go-to for pizza until something changes. Well done!

The food is delicious. The customer service is terrible. We ordered dinner tonight, it took an hour and a half, with very little communication about the order. Time isn't the issue, communication is, when I call to check on the status of the delivery, I am hung up on, before I even had a chance to say what I wanted to say. Then the delivery arrives, we ordered a special, buy one get one free, and only received one pizza. Before I even attempted to say something to the delivery driver, he drove away so fast.
Maybe an in house or pick up experience would be better but customer service goes a long

From reading the reviews it looks like there is theme here with the owner..... no accepting/responsibility for errors made, therefore losing business because of it. Very sad. I had the same experience ordering takeout. I was delivered the completely wrong order, and in trying to get my correct order as a replacement, I was refused this. Not a good look, and definitely won’t be ordering from here again. As someone who loves NY style pizza, I was extremely excited to have their pizza, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Good luck, and maybe it’s time for some changes...

Super amazing little pizza shop! My husband and I came in just looking to grab a quick bite to eat and we were happily surprised! The man who took our order so was so sweet and accommodating! Not to mention our pizza was out in no time! It's a real NY style pizza, no doubt about it. If you want some local pizza, definitely stop in here. You ought to be happy when you leave

4/5 stars here. They have delicious calzones. The crust is slightly sweeter and light. The mozzarella is really fresh and tasty. It felt like eating a deep fried cheese stick. Also, the pizza crust is crispy yet slightly chewy. I do think they could improve on the interior and exterior of their store. The quality of their food is better than what they show from the appearance of their restaurant.

Holy Krazy zepoles , this little fried dough dusted in white soft sugar dunked in their home made rasberry sauce is amazing !! They have been here for ever and I have been ordering their food late at night in the hospital open super late and their pizza and wings are on point !!
