Villa Camille Apartments

This is one best apt place I lived and glad I make the right decision. The apt has everything and spacious. Managers are great and easy going. Maintaines get the jobs done. I have no complaints. Lights outside are bright and safe. The only cons is parking! I wish there are more parking inside. I hate parking outside the gate. Sad, I have to move out due to cost of living. I recommended this place and you won't regret it.

This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Any sort of problem we’ve had (ex dishwasher stopped working) was fix pretty much immediately. The management incredibly fair and reasonable and has locked the rate we signed up with for 3 years now. If you follow the very logical rules set up by management you will have no issues!

Living at Villa Camille is great. The apartments are nice, spacious, and affordable. The grounds are kept up well, the staff are respectful and handle any requests within a very timely manner. I have no complaints about the complex.

The property manger, Christian Williams is a true professional. Each time I had an issue, whether maintenance or personal -he was on top of it. I would rent here again knowing that the same level of service is still being offered. Not to mention everything in the apartment unit was new. From appliances to blinds. I'll miss it. The lawn care maintenance is also very neat and keeps the place looking like a nice place to live. I highly recommend to anyone looking to live in a smaller apartment community.

From day one when I met Sierra in the office she was a very professional with all my questions I asked. She always has a very friendly attitude when it comes to tenants needs. She goes beyond the call of duty. I’m very greatful that she has a quick response time for tenants needs. She always has a great attitude when you come to see her. With her warm personality makes you want to continue living here.

It is pretty nice. Don't park in someone else's spot. Management wont call you they will just tow the car and it costs $260. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors music. The staff is helpful and professional

Management is great! Christian Williams maybe strict, but he's fair. If you bring a situation to his attention, he will try to deal with it in a timely manner. If you don't have children, then make sure you get an upstairs apartment, because downstairs you will hear every footstep. The place is kept up very well, if everyone would do their part and throw trash in the trash can, it would be excellent. Location is great, everything is around you.

Christian W. Is positive and professional in all aspects. From application to move in, he was nothing but helpful, courteous, responsive, and friendly. The application process and move in was a breeze and the apartments are beautiful. 10 foot ceilings, plank wood flooring, a large kitchen with granite countertops, brand new washer, dryer, stove, fridge, and microwave. All utilities included besides gas and electric. The neighborhood is pet friendly, quiet, pest and rodents are no where to be found here. Beautiful property, great management, great customer service, and aesthetically pleasing floor plans... Just a very nice place to live. Not to mention easy access to 215 freeway...

I have lived here for over a year now and everything has been great! The complex is quiet and at night I love how bright the lights are. I have always felt safe here and the property manager is amazing. He is always in the office to address any concerns. The units are so nice and having a washer/dryer in very unit is life saver. This complex is great for families and/or singles. I love it.
