Our research shows that many people who come to the US from Asia prefer to sleep on an Asian style firm mattress, but they are unable to find a quality firm mattress in the local mattress stores.
Most American style mattresses are way too soft, even those labeled as "extra firm." We know the importance of a good night's sleep after an intensive work day, so we specially designed our mattresses to address this issue. We have recently acquired Princess Mattress and have added several new products to our inventory.

I moved from New York to San Jose for a new job during the pandemic. Unlike NY, there are not many choices of Chinese mattress in the bay area. I do not like the American-style mattress which is either way too soft, or it'll sink after 2 years. I prefer the Chinese mattress which caters more for Chinese sleeping habits, extra firm.

I ordered a mattress from the store almost two weeks ago. Before I ordered it, the owner told me" no return" policy unless the quality issues, I hesitated for a little bit, but still went ahead to order one. But turned it out, it's too hard for me, I wanted to exchange a softer one, but it didn't work out as well. I want to warn any other customers, the store is definitely " no return", you must think carefully before you purchase it!

Previously I had a Tulo Comfort Firm, and I would wake up every morning with a slightly sore back. I'm back sleeper. Went to Dreamland and bought an "Anna" mattress.
This was on the softer end of the spectrum for Dreamland. It felt like the best option in the showroom for me. I bought it on a Saturday and it was delivered on Monday.
I've been waking up with no back soreness ever since. Would recommend to anyone who prefers firm mattresses. Prices at Dreamland are very reasonable.

We order the hard mattress since herniated disc. The price is really competitive and surprisingly, the effect is much better than the mattress from sleeptrain (we spend $2000). The service is fantastic as well. They send the mattress and box the next day after I ordered and helped me installed everything. Will strongly recommend them to our friends.

I usually use Yelp for my food hunt but my mom's in town and she, being an Asian lady, prefers really firm beds. What I currently have is a memory foam so it needs to be replaced (I paid $800 for that...)
So this store does not have a fancy store front. In fact it's more of a warehouse. But I actually like that. Because it means lower rent for the owner and lower price for me. Still, I was really surprised when I was quoted $200 lower than another store with the same brand!

Dreamland Mattress is actually a factory direct mattress warehouse outlet:
-not many floor models.
-all mattresses are stored wrapped standing up in racks in the warehouse.
-to try a few, a fork lift driver had to download a few.
-no soft ones, just variations of hard
-even foam memory one was too firm.
Papa bear didn't find anything close to what he needed, a soft but firm mattress. the mattresses here are from China. most models are on the firm end. these mattresses are suited to people from Asia who are used to firm mattresses.

Our first Dreamland mattress was purchased in 2006. Since then, we replaced other three old mattresses with dreamland in our family. We now have slept on the firm mattress for more than five years. My husband does not have to suffer his back pain. This mattress helped! The mattress itself is still in perfect condition. Compare to other mattresses on the market, Dreamland is kind of lower priced. We paid only a fraction as of our old mattress.
Last week, my son got his new mattress while we moved in our new house. He enjoys!
We definitely recommend the Dreamland Mattress.

We finally got this firm mattress we've been looking for years in the Bay Area. My wife and I came from China and we are used to firm bed. After sleeping on an American style soft mattress for a while we found both of us not able to rest well and developed low back pain. My wife even prefers the floor to our old bed. So we started looking for firm mattresses around and got disappointed every mattress store we went to.
