Great looking apartments and in a great area only problem we have is the noise from the upstairs neighbors. We tried everything from speaking to the neighbors to speaking to management emailing management and nothing. I understand regular walking or running here and there thinking there kids right but these kids jump, run and stomp. It's very embarrassing and stressful to have company over or getting off work and have to hear this.I would suggest to look for a upstairs apartment or just somewhere else this is just our first couple of months and we regret it.

I am signed into a 13 month lease. I always pay my rent. I do not owe anything, and I live alone with my husband in a 2 bedroom apartment and our two tiny dogs who are also on the lease agreement, we do not smoke, drink or do drugs. Our apartment is in top shape as we are two extremely clean people who are rarely home. I was just given a termination letter! With no reason. These apartments are a joke! I have reached out so many days for "on site management" who should be here until 5:30, but are usually gone by 4. I tried reaching out about a rat that I saw and never heard back. I tried reaching

Honestly I thought this was a quite safe area but guess I was wrong. Besides the freaking upstairs neighbors having a WWE match I'm scared to leave my car parked now due to the high catalytic converter thefts. Today I was just notified they broke into our mailboxes and never received the goods I purchased online. It's frustrating that I can't stop thinking what's next my apartment being broken in. I can speak for everyone here in saying that we pay above average for so called "luxury" apartments but in reality there the same as every other apartment complex in the ghetto.

I haven't lived in this apartment complex, but I want to rate the level of professionalism and customer service. Erika has been so generous and patient with my partner and I. She, although alone in the office, has helped us out so much and has been so professional and nice. I can appreciate that. Thanks again, Erika.
