We get laundry service here often, and its always outstanding, But today it was even better. I went to pick up and Mariam took care of me, she did such a great job and even put my work clothes on hangers, never had it happen before. Just another reason to keep coming back. Mariam thank you so much for making my day. Great service , will continue to come here because it never disappoints, dont believe the other poor reviews on here. Been getting my laundry done here and have used they laundry service for over 2 years. never had a single issue.

One of the ladies in there insists that I have to put my clothes in the right direction to make sure she doesn't fold them inside out. When you're paying over $100 for wash and fold, you really shouldn't have to deal with this kind of garbage. I'm not going to sit and refold my laundry after her ever time so I can put them in my closet in a decent manner.

Horrible service lately. My daughter and I always wipe off the table with a wet paper towel because we want to be sure we are not bringing germs home. Anyways, we forgot to bring paper towels that time and my daughter asked the lady for a paper towel and she asked her so much questions why she needs a paper towel, but gave her one. Then when my daughter wet the paper and started wiping the table the lady kept on giving her bad looks the whole time we were there. But on the other hand the washers and dryers are on the newer side but the cleanliness of this place is a 4/10 because there is a lot

I go here, purely out of convenience and it's usually pretty clean. There is a sign, on the door that reads "last wash is at 9:00pm". Any normal - sane person would assume as long as you cycle is STARTED before 9 pm, you're good. They hired new staff, and I'm not a fan. I saw an elderly lady walk in and attempt to start her wash at 8:30 pm, he hassles her. Tells her something to the effect of you can wash and dry but you won't be able to fold here. Dude...wrong. Cause the sign also says you close at 10:00 pm. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that I have

I love this laundry matt!! I was going to another laundry near my town that is open 24/7 but... customers were always fighting over the laundry carts(always packed in other words) and overall the machines at that place weren’t any good. That is not the case at this laundry! The washers wash your clothes really well. The dryers are very powerful it dries your clothes quickly but, be careful because if you put it on high all the time you might damage your clothes. It happened to me a couple of times. I have no clue what I am doing when it comes to laundry. Just moved to the area and don't have washer/dryer yet so I came here which was the only place open.
As soon as I walked in, Ms. Shirley saw I needed help. She explained to me how to wash my clothes, tips to get my whites white, showed me tools to keep the colors from mixing, and let me use the dryer balls. She was so kind, and patient.
As I waited for my clothes, I saw her cleaning all of the machines, with vinegar. The place is clean, there are lots of different machines for different loads, and different ways to pay.

Here I am at Laundry Smart and AGAIN this new girl is locking the doors on me. Really?????? Looks like it's time to complain YET AGAIN! Can someone explain to me why the sign on the door say "last wash 930" and I am being told "no, that's what time I have to start closing up and washing the machines" meanwhile, the floors are mopped and my daughter was told the machines are washed already.

I have been going to this laundromat for about 18 months now. It is always clean, they always have an employee there all the time. Jennifer and Ruth are the best, friendly and keep the place clean and organized. Would highly recommend this laundromat to my friends. They also have drop off service available.

Business owners please take notice: If your employee are suppose to open the store at 6am on a Sunday but don't you will start to loose business. If I showed up late to work I would be fired so I fail to understand how it is not the same situation here. I waited till 6:10 am and then just went else where. its a shame cause the machines are nice but I have no time to waste waiting for employees to get to work on time .

This company has serious issues. The ower Denise Clark has a problem with lying about her former staff. She over works her staff and doesnt pay them correctly, let alone files untrue reports to the police. I worked there for a year and 19 days. I worked 88 hours everu two weeks and was paid at base rate and not at time and a half for 8 hours. It took me calling federal hour and wage to get what was owed to me. Yes I barrowed money at the start but I PAID IT BACK! I did not get fired. I RESIGNED due to the pay and the fact that they are the hardest people to get ahold of when there is a problem

I normally go to another laundromat few blocks away but i realized I forgot to bring the card that I use to operate the machines. Since I do not want to waste another $1 to get a new card (because you can only operate that machines with their loyalty card), I decided to check this place out.
First, I was impressed with the paying options to operate the machines. You can use either of the three: quarter coins, your credit card and their loyalty card. This gives the customer the flexibility to use the machines.

Most weeks that I drop off my laundry for wash & fold, I don't have any problem. Jessica follows my specific instructions & she can usually get it done within the time I need it which is great.
I run into problems when anyone else handles my laundry though! If I have 2 separate baskets & ask for one of the baskets to be washed but not dried, some of the staff don't understand that. They throw both baskets together. Drying pieces that then shrink them! And throwing the stuff I don't want dried back into the basket without folding it, leaving everything wrinkled.

We have been going to Laundry Smart for almost a year we know the owners Ken and Diane very well the second time that I was there I forgot my detergent there were very kind enough to supply mean and give me free detergent what can you ask more than that they have been so accommodating and excellent great customer service since I've been going there for a year we have had no problems at all everything runs very smoothly when we do have a problem it is taken care of and resolve right away. The employees Jessica and Annie are the best they take very good care of their customers what I have seen

This facility lost my clothes! 1/2 of my laundry went missing. I also got someone else's clothes. The owner offered me a $50 STORE credit for clothes that cost me at least $150. Customer service extremely poor. New place, really liked it up until this incident especially the way they handled it. I don't see this place staying open for long. I already submitted a complaint and have contacted the better business bureau!
