My name is Steve Porada and I run Bergen Laundry Service here in Bergenfield, NJ. Yes, the rumors are true - we'll pick up your dirty laundry, wash and fold it, and deliver it right to your doorstep!
Our laundry pickup and delivery service is very easy to use. All it takes is contacting us to set up and schedule your laundry delivery service in Bergenfield or surrounding areas. Upon our arrival, we'll give you one of our laundry bags with a name tag so we know it's yours. Then, all you do is fill the bag with your dirty laundry and set a pick up time from Monday to Friday 8:00am-12:00pm 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Services
Start by placing your order on our easy-to-use website from your computer, mobile device or tablet. When you place your order on our website, you will add and estimate of the number of pounds to your shopping cart, and you will select a pick-up time and delivery time. When you complete your order on our website, you will receive confirmation by email or text message.
We do not. The order you place is only an estimate, we do not expect you to know the weight of your clothes. You order, we pick up, process your order, update your order with the correct weight, charge your credit card, and then we deliver! We pick up and deliver between 8AM through 12PM and 1PM through 5PM Monday through Friday.

Dad & I just received our laundry from Bergen Laundry Service today & it was perfect! Our first time using this service, was very impressed. Everything came back folded neatly, will definitely do laundry with these guys again on a weekly basis.

Visiting Jersey for work, been in a hotel for 4 weeks now that does not offer laundry services.
Googled laundromat near me and this GEM popped up. I am So impressed how Quick and Easy it was. They picked up my Laundry in MAtter of Minutes, they was so Friendly.
When i receive my Clothing back it was folded Beautifully , and dont get me with the smell of heaven floating in my room.
Totally Recommend This place.. Wish I can Give them more then 5 stars. Definitely will use them when i get back.

Since moving from NY, I’m so happy to have found a laundry service that picks up and drops off in Bergen County. I don’t have to lug my heavy bags of laundry into the car and into a laundromat now! This is hands down the BEST laundry service I’ve ever used. They’re prompt, courteous, affordable, and accessible. From the owner to the delivery driver, Everybody delivers amazing customer service! We even washed money (unknowingly) in the pocket of one of our jeans, and it was returned to us immediately. Thank you for your service, Andrew! We will be coming back again and again.

They meet expectations for timeliness of their pick-up service. However, I found some of their text solicitations/laundry reminders a little bothersome, and they washed some of our items with scented detergent when we specifically asked for free and clear. The scent still bothers me a few days after washing. But overall, service is fine.

I received my laundry delivery back this morning, and I was so impressed with the results. All my clothes smelled fresh and clean. Every piece of clothing was organized together, perfectly folded, and dropped off in a beautiful laundry bag. I am pleased with the services I received. Reliable timing for pick up and drop off of my laundry too. I will be continuing my services long term.

I almost hate to post a review because I am scared that too many people will find out about this PICK UP AND DROP OFF gem and leave me looking for an appointment. However, Bergen Laundry Service is just too good for me to stay quiet. My laundry always returns clean and folded neatly at the exact time that is confirmed to me. I have even needed a faster than 24 hour turn around time and I was accommodated. Try them. Trust me you will not be sorry!!!!!

Bergen Laundry Service provides excellent service! Pick up and delivery make things really easy, and the laundry always comes folded well, ready to be put away. Their pricing is fair, compared to what I've payed for drop off service, and the subscription service is a real bargain! I really appreciate the 24 hour turnaround.
