One way to get a free wash quicker is to merge all of your vehicle in the household or company. Another way is to stay with a certain wash package as each package has a different point scale (the more money you spend the more points). At Miami's Auto Spa, each vehicle is tracked by license plate, so there is no need to carry a card, and automatically awards points to that vehicle.

Went here yesterday and requested and paid for the platinum wash..while waiting outside saw a Tesla parked at end of wash so I looked in and saw our truck being sprayed with a hose and scrubbed with brush. I went inside to ask bout this, she said we were getting a hand wash! We would get wax and other treatments when they brought our truck around! Never happened. When I asked the guys bout it they said the Tesla broke down so shut down wash area! I asked bout our wax n stuff n they said they don’t understand English! They wiped our truck or I should say they did bad job so my husband and I finished

I went to Red Hawk Car Wash for the first and last time today! I wish I had read the reviews before and I could have saved myself some time, money and frustration.
I paid for the gold wash and my car looks better, but it’s the WORST wash and dry I’ve ever had done. They didn’t wipe down the interior, they didn’t vacuum the rear, they windows look like a 2 year old cleaned them (the ones that were actually cleaned), only have tire dressing on portions of the tires and I didn’t get any air freshener. I tried to get good pictures, but I wasn’t able to capture everything. The guys drying

EDIT: A few days after posting my review I was contacted by the car wash regarding my piece for my car which they said they would order. They did end up getting it as they said they would and re-installed the new piece to a professional standard.

I had a new windshield installed on my car. Great job and great price. The best customer service every time. Rick saved me when I was about to faint due to low blood sugar episode. Kindness received was far beyond anything I could imagine. I am a loyal customer and always recommend them to everyone. Nice to know there are good people out there willing to help when necessary. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WORK ETHIC. TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I never write bad reviews but it’s fully warranted in this case. Brought my black Jeep in for a car wash. When I was dropping it off, the manager looked at the inside of my car and said to purchase the gold car wash, which I did because there was some dog hair but could be vacuumed out. I trusted what he said and purchased that wash. I pick up my car and there was debris still under the seats and in the console etc, loose dog hair (I understand they can’t get it all but it looked like they didn’t even vacuum

I wanted to love them. I thought they were part of Redhawk Auto Service which is a fantastic place to take your car for service! They wanted $399.00 and I knew it was way way too high, but I was leaving town and I decided since my car was already being serviced next door I would trust them. Big mistake. They were on the phone with someone who had called to complain that their car was still dirty after having it washed there when I came in to pick my car up. They don't know what they are doing. Worst place ever. My husband took his car there twice. The first time it was fine. He usually gets the platinum wash which is about $28. This time, a guy came out and said that it was going to be $69 but he will do it for $49. My husband asked him why and he stated that his tires will not fit through their wash. My husband told him that it wasn't an issue the last time he brought it here. He gave him an attitude and mentioned it's only $20 more. Red Hawk is the best car wash in Temecula. The washing is done by hand, so you don't have to worry about machines scratching up your car. The staff and the customer service are the best. They answered every question I had and addressed all of my concerns. Best of all, you get great service at a fair price.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The bad reviews are true! I had to learn the hard way. I wanted to give this business a try despite the bad reviews. Well the reviews are true. If you’re looking for a hand car wash this is not the place. You are better off just going to a an automatic car wash. It’s cheaper, faster and the results are the same (see the pictures). You’re car will look like a kid washed it. My fiancé talked to the manager and he was not helpful at all. He didn’t care. I honestly don’t know how a place with bad service all around can stay open. I went there to get the front passenger flooring carpet cleaned. He quoted me $100 and said that they couldn't just do one area. Something spilled on it and I needed it done so after going back-and-forth with each other he finally agreed to $69 and they were just wipe down the interior of the car. You won't see a difference in the 20 dollar wash or 30 dollar wash except for ArmorAll on the tires.
I spent 30 bucks on a wash yesterday and they didn't even wipe down my seats, the steering column or console.
I'm done with this carwash.

Should've read the reviews before stopping here. I paid for the platinum wash which they claim contains windows, wiping the inner console, vacuum, and an air freshener. I even purchased goodies inside and tipped them. Wish I would've waited to do so until fully opening all the doors but I also work in the service industry and appreciate tips so I thought I'd be nice.
1) there's no air freshener in my car

3) they somehow wiped away my parking pass for my apartments off my windshield and now I owe my complex $150 for it

Took my car to get the inside and outside cleaned but only the outside was cleaned. I was told the inside would be cleaned but it wasn't. Lightly vacuumed in the front, front seats weren't vacuumed, back seats and floor wasn't touched at all, trunk wasn't touched, and the dash wasn't wiped. Too expensive for only my outside being washed.

So long time customer. I have two vehicles that I take twice a month each. Always have been satisfied. Go the other day to get the same thing I always get and some guy in a cowboy hat with a tattoo on his neck tries to upsell me to another service to pay $59.95. Yea well nice try not only did I say no but I left.

Great place. Equipment is in good condition and works well. Quality product. I used one of their token machines and was short changed so I messaged their Facebook and their owner responded very quickly and tried fixing the problem. I was unable to make the meeting but it's very obvious they care about their business.
