I've been in the fitness industry for over 40 years, and I combine everything I know to help my clients achieve their goals. Through 30 or 60-minute sessions, you'll learn proper form and fun exercises to get the most out of every movement.
It doesn't matter what fitness goals you have set for yourself, with my interactive, personalized training, I will ensure you achieve all of them. Whether you need help with nutrition consultation, or want to lose your weight in a healthy way, I will be there to guide you. Rhonda is a great teacher for her clients on health, wellness, nutrition, and the importance of consistent exercise. She is a very listener and motivator. She keeps the training fresh and up to date. I have never been bored with a routine in the 3 years that she has worked with me. She has been a personal trainer for 30 plus years and is well respected by her peers.
