Been using southie Chinese for years now and will continue going here as long as they remain open.

There were FOUR shrimps size of half of a thumb in my shrimp and broccoli. 🤯🤯🤯

I don't know what everyone's complaining about, I go here pretty often and never had an issue (maybe because I go during the day). It's not the best, but it's pretty decent Chinese takeout. The rice is fine, the wings are okay, egg roll is perfect; maybe y'all just eat the nasty stuff.

Fast delivery! Food was good and portions are big. Crab Rangoon is my favorite! The egg role was pretty decent in flavor. Again delivery time was impressive.

On two separate occasions, including today, I placed an order that included the House Fried Rice (Yang Chow). I specifically requested that the rice to be prepared WITHOUT soy sauce. Once again, as previously, my request was ignored. To compound the problem, another item in the order, Beef with Onions Chow Foon, WAS prepared without soy sauce, which is contrary to my wishes.

I used to always come here as a kid it's not the same anymore at ALL. I asked a simple question which is what he recommended since it's been so long and I get attitude and this sense of rushness I've been planning weeks to go here just never had time yet I went today got up earlier to go before work and and just got a bad experience the food was flavor less anyways it used to be better idk what happened waste of 20 something dollars. I can't even finish it and I am NOT picky

Pad Thai wasn't seasoned and stir fry was mainly just green peppers, but the rest of the food was delicious scallions pancakes ans sweet and sour chicken 👍

I got tofu with oyster sauce and white rice yedterday, September 3 @ 4:00. I ate it and after 4 hours I had some of the worst diarrhea and vomit one could have. I am still sick. Been up and down all night. Heed this warning. Don't eat there.

The quality of food from here is utterly heinous and hands down the worst chinese food I have ever had in my life, what a waste of money, threw most of it away was so terrible.

The food here is amazing. The staff are also great. When getting delivery they are super fast. I highly recommend trying this place out. You wont be mad. Also, the prices are very reasonable

So I just ordered my food tonight at 12:25am. I spoke to the woman and ordered my food. Gave her my address. She mentioned my phone number besides my order referencing that I have ordered from there before. Long story short I waited and hour just for the delivery driver to call me multiple times and the "restaurant" to tell me that she misspelled the address that I gave her, which i spelled out more than once. And to tell me that they can't deliver my food because the diver doesn't go that far. I live on Jones hill and they like hanging up in people's face. Poor customer service. This is not my

DO NOT EAT HERE. Aside from being a filthy, unsanitary hole, the owner is a piece of human garbage who deprived paying elderly customers in a nursing home of their order- and then refused to refund the money. True story. Boycott this dump.

The good thing about this place or the east coast in general is that certain food places are open late. Other than that, the food was typical. Nothing exciting or satisfying. I had a late flight and it was the only thing with a kitchen that was still open in the area of my Airbnb. The food was kinda hard--like it's been out for some time. Restaurant was clean. Staff didn't bother to greet us.

It's cheap though, so if you're on a budget you'll be happy, especially when you're leaving one of the bars on the street.

But the food isn't good homie. Stick to the script and order somewhere that has consistent reviews or somewhere that doesn't look as sketchy. It's weird though because the place is large for a takeout spot. Lots of seats. But parking will be a hassle no matter what time you decide to make this mistake.

We order here probably every week, week and a half. For the most part the food is always hot and fresh. Tonight however we placed our order and it was absolutely terrible. They forgot part of the order and after a phone call and an hour wait it still had not arrived. The chicken wings, rice, and spare ribs were all bone dry and tasted like they were reheats from the day before.

I placed a phone call complaining. I got bounced from four different people and kept getting placed on hold. The final person told me yeah we are busy and then back on hold. Really? I'm sorry but that is a poor excuse

My favorite place for Chinese food in Boston and the surrounding areas. I legit won't go anywhere else.

The food was okay. The rice isn't included with the order so don't forget to order it separately. I appreciate them delivering so late at night (around 1 am) but the delivery driver was very rude. He asked if we had a tip for him before he would give us the food. Of course we had one but his attitude was rude.

One word: DISGUSTING. Everything looked and tasted like starch mixed in soy sauce. The fried rice looks like jambalaya but that’s an insult to jambalaya. Soup was starch, vinegar and soy sauce. No salt. Only the vegetables were slightly edible after removing the gross sauce.

Good old fashioned Chinese food. Wings are great, shrimp fried rice had plenty of shrimp, Rangoon's were good. Order delivery, was told 45-50 minutes: came in 25. Great service.

Great Chinese food here! Whether you decide to dine in (which was under renovation when we were there in March) or take out, it's still good food. Highly recommend if you're craving Chinese food!

The food is good but the gentleman who works evenings is very rude. Based on service alone I wouldn't order from here again. There are two other Chinese restaurants close by that have better service. Also their online website is bad. It doesn't let you place a cash order for pickup or delivery if under $10. It also doesn't allow you to enter coupon codes properly. You always have to call.

Ordered on line and they delivered to the wrong place and accused me of not given them the address even though it was in my email confirmation. When i called they said the online ordering was their company so I wasn't getting my money back and I did not get my order so I paid them for nothing. they are crooks stay away

Enough is enough. Time to take a stand. Have gotten sweaty moldy tasting rice for the second time and I'm done with this place. Never again.
