I would prefer zero star but, do not have the option. In Mar. 2021, I hired budget Waterproofing Inc. to waterproof & seal my basement walls of rust, flaking, as well as, cracks & holes. Five months later (August) the rust & flaking re-surfaced and in September, crew came to repair. Currently (Jan 2022) the same issues ,same areas are re-surfacing again. I was told by Robert. Due to the age of the house, the walls are saturated. So I feel the company did not do what I hired them to do. Since I finance this job through them. Vinnie and Jose did a fabulous job. Only 2 1/2 hours to complete job and clean up. They helped me by raking the left over dirt, around to help with rain water puddle that happens. This same crew did the rear window well replacement, a few months ago. Very respective of my concerns and the property itself. I was very happy with the quote given. It was common sense and they did not try to sell me on things I didn’t need, which other companies were doing. The price was also good.

Vinny and José showed up at the promised time, he walked me through what the job entailed. It took them about 7 hours to complete the job ,and they did an excellent job cleaning up. Throughout the day Vinny would give me updates on how they were doing or if there was a problem he would check with me to let me know if something had to change. I would recommend budget waterproofing highly. And let me say thanks to Robert and Brooke, Robert who gave me 2 options I could go with to solve my problem, and Brooke who scheduled the estimate and work around my schedule.

I absolutely am 100% satisfied with this company. I had a nightmare story of a bad contractor who took on too much trying to "waterproof" my basement and clearly did it all wrong as it was outside of his scope. I was referred to this company through my cousin who was satisfied with their work and decided to stick with a direct referral instead of chancing it on some other company. This is not a cheap job to fix so I've learned that it's best to stick with a company that is solid, been around, and will be around for a while. Most importantly they offered a lifetime guarantee

This company was so easy to work with and had great customer service. The estimator, Bill was very knowledgeable and explained in detail about the water issue we were having in our Baltimore home. Also, the contractor Jose was very skilled and knowledgeable about the work he was performing. Jose explained to us in detail all the work being done and answered all our questions. Very friendly, competent and left our house super clean after the work was done. We are very satisfied with the company and the people we've worked with. Also, the price was right. I'm not sure how this company doesn't have any reviews. We had a water issue in one room of our basement. We already have a drain around the entire basement. Unsure of why one room would have an issue and not knowing who put the drain in, we called a few companies. First company wanted to replace the whole thing, by the time they were done with their quote we were spending about $12000. Budget came in the next day and realized the cable for the sump pump wasn't secured well and was laying on top of the float. We were told that that's probably all that happened causing the water

We recently found some moisture in our basement during a pre sale home inspection. The home inspector said it was due to not having mirror drain along the entire perimeter of the basement. Turns out the installers that waterproofed the basement in 2011 cut a couple corners and didn't remove the surface concrete under the stairs (probably because of it being confined space). I made one call to the company and told them what I had recently found. I referenced the warranty and they put us on the schedule for a week later to have the additional work done. I found the service at Budget Waterproofing to be great. Everyone I encountered was courtesy and nice. They listen to the problem about a leak in my basement and quickly identified a solution. When I ask for alternate solutions they were happy to offer them. When I choose one of the solution that they did not recommend they were more than happy to fix it the way that I wanted.There prices were very affordable the best out of 3 offers I had received.

I spent a lot of time evaluating and getting quotes from 4 different basement waterproofers and decided to go with Budget Basement in the end because of their cost. (BTW, don't even bother calling Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing--those guys are such scam artists, giving you ridiculously inflated prices the first time, then a more reasonable but still high price the second time.) The team who came out to my house (Fondel and Lacey) worked for 2.5 days (I was originally quoted 3); they worked hard through the entire day, not really taking breaks, and didn't even take bathroom breaks upstairs
