Mrs. Song, a mother of two, has been an alterationist for more than 25 years. Mrs. Song's goal is to be the best alterationist in town, she works day and night everyday, even on weekends.
Before deciding to open her own business, she attended supplementary courses and classes to enrich and complement her skills. While specializing in bridal wear, her experience allows her to work on just about anything. Not only can she alter clothes, customers throughout the years have brought pillows, curtains, and many others with special requests, all resulting in their satisfaction, guaranteed.

I came here to get a dress altered for a gala and was absolutely blown away by what a great job she did!! The dress was originally two sizes too big and when it was done it fit beautifully on me.
The quality and service here are amazing and I will definitely be coming here for all my alterations from now on!

I’ve been in multiple weddings this year and NONE of the alteration places I went to had the quality and speed that I received here. I was blown away by how great the dress looked and how I looked in it. I couldn’t be happier! I wish I could go back and get all my bridesmaid dresses done here.

I've been going to Hargrove for dry cleaning and alterations for the past 4 years. Recently, I've noticed a decline in service. In a recent visit, I took in one dress to be altered and one dress to be dry cleaned. When I returned to pick up two weeks later, the dress that was supposed to be altered was dry cleaned, which I didn't want, and they lost the dress I did want dry cleaned. After about 10 minutes of searching through the items myself... I found the dress. I took the first stress back (that I wanted altered and they charged me for, but dry cleaned... with tags on), I asked them to alter

Absolutely amazing find. I bought a bridesmaid dress online that was entirely too large - it was the smallest size they had available so I had no other choice and needed major alterations. I dropped my dress off Aug 7th, I needed the dress for the wedding at the end of August. They insisted that they finish it mid August to ensure that I liked the alterations and that any additional adjustments would be completed in time. The owner was incredibly kind and quick, her son was also a great facilitator. She made a few marks in the dress and put some pins in it and I was good to go. Other alterations

Think I found my go to alteration & cleaners. Took my suit in after two failed alterations from another place, Hargrove got it right the very first time. Went in for a fitting that took about 5-10 minutes and picked it up a few days later. Tried it on to make sure (because at this point I couldn’t trust anyone). Perfect fit. They did everything I asked to perfectly. This was for my wedding so it was critical that everything was perfect.
This didn’t happen to me but when I went in they were dealing with another customer. Based on what I heard she brought in a pair of jeans asking for an emergency

We had a wonderful experience at Hargrove. We brought a vintage 1948 wedding gown for alterations. Mrs. Song analyzed what needed to be done, and handled the dress with care and precision.
