I went there on a referral with my bride-to-be daughter. They have one area for dress fitting, and already had another person in that spot. When my daughter got emotional, they basically told us to leave. I have never been kicked out of any kind of establishment in my life. I was insulted, and shocked at the rudeness and flippant attitude of the salesperson. Thank God, we had a back-up appointment - where we were given the attention and customer service needed for a once-in-a-lifetime event. Shame on Lace Alterations. You are in the wrong business.

This place is incredibly expensive for such low quality, I trust them because they were recommended by the store where I bought my wedding gown, but the finishes were poor, it did not include the steaming and even worse they refused to give me a single spare button...

Shirin made all of my wedding dress dreams come true. I used pieces of my mom's veil for my sleeves and Shirin absolutely made my vision come to life. I cannot say enough good things about Lace Alterations! They were a clean, gorgeous store, and made me (a very anxious bride about fitting in her dress) so comfortable. Highly highly recommend!

Lace Alterations completed the alterations on my wedding gown. I needed my ball-gown style dress to be shortened and taken in a little I also needed a bustle created. They talked me through everything they were going to do and showed me my options between a French and American bustle. They did a beautiful job with my dress, and they were so patient, friendly, and nice to work with. My bustle held for the first dances but then it kept slipping. The loops were too big to stay on but too small to loop twice. After my wedding, my dress had dirt all over the bottom of it from having an outside wedding

I went in for a fitting of my sample dress-- for context I am having a bespoke wedding dress made from my favorite bridal designer out of London, but due to COVID, we went to Lace Alterations so that the seamstress could provide feedback and additional measurements to the designer while she was on a video call. The actual fitting process was great-- they were very thorough with their consultation and provided good notes on the fit.

I had an amazing experience with Lace Alterations! Shirin is awesome. I had purchased an off-the-rack wedding dress that needed significant alterations, and Shirin's impeccable work made the dress seem like it was custom made for me. Her prices were fair, given the significant amount of work needed. I could not recommend Lace Alterations highly enough.
