Save time and maximize your workouts with in-home personal training. Our friendly and experienced personal trainers travel from Evanston to the North Shore suburbs and Chicago. We bring all the exercise equipment so you don't need to worry about buying your own. We have over 100 pieces of exercise equipment to keep your workouts fun, challenging, and motivating.

We understand that square footage in Chicago can vary, but our trainers are great at utilizing your space and keeping everything safe. Spice things up a bit and train with some great scenery using our outdoor personal training service! Our trainers will meet you at your favorite park, beach, trail, etc.
Services
Eric grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago where he played many sports growing up. Eric's passion for fitness started in a high school gym class, and he has been hooked on the benefits of exercise ever since. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship.
1-on-1 training is great for people who want to reach their goals faster. Our trainers build custom exercise programs specific to your goals, needs, and limitations. Our trainers provide all of the exercise equipment. Workouts are fun, engaging, and we guarantee results. We work with anyone with goals related to weight loss, posture improvement, muscle gain, pain management, race preparation, and much more.
Small group training is great for people who want to workout with a friend, or meet new people with similar goals. We design our programs to the goals of the group (fat loss, muscle gain, etc.). We have almost a hundred pieces of exercise equipment that we bring to you to keep the workouts fresh and engaging.
Wants to start weight training, but doesn't have the equipment or isn't sure how to use them. Juggles work life, family life, and other obligations that make it hard to get to the gym. The goal of all of our personal trainers is to make fitness an enjoyable part of your everyday life.

Although you may have specific ideas about what you want to achieve through our personal training services, we believe when your mindset shifts to viewing fitness as a lifestyle, that's when lasting change occurs.Your personal trainer will come to your home or meet you at your gym or the outdoor location of your choice.
Home Park Fitness offers one-on-one personal training, small group fitness, and exercise classes in Andersonville. Home Park Fitness has been instrumental to helping me achieve my fitness goals. Eric is very knowledgeable and knows how to motivate. This in home personal training service allows me to get in shape in the privacy of my home without having to travel to the gym. It’s really convenient for someone with a busy schedule. I have worked with other personal trainers in Chicago but Home Park Fitness is by far the best. My workouts are tailored to my needs. They are also super cool people and fun to workout with! I highly recommend.

Home Park Fitness and specifically Eric gave me the jump start I need to achieve my fitness goals and preparation in completing my first triathlon and beyond. Me and my husband have been working with Eric for the last few months. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, great fun, and is very accommodating. He prepares a personal training plan per my goals and changes it depending on how I feel during the training. we feel energized after each training and we look for forward to our work out sessions with Eric.

I have really appreciated Eric the last few years for my winter-time strength training to get me ready for running season (especially this year as I was recovering from some surgery). Eric worked with my fitness level and designed exercises that helped me reach my goals - and changing them up every week to keep the workout interesting. He is encouraging and good-humored, always on time and ready to go. He puts care into each workout. Because of him, I feel confident and ready to run a half marathon this year!

Working with Home Park Fitness has been such a great experience! My husband and I have been training with Eric for over 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say. The workouts are effective and I enjoy that he continually introduces new moves into our sessions so I never get bored. I love that each session is tailored to my specific fitness goals and I have even been able to continue modified workouts with Home Park Fitness throughout my entire pregnancy!

I was hesitant of getting a personal trainer but now am a covert after a few work-outs from Home Park Fitness. They focus on good form and proper technique to help you achieve your goals and get into shape.
Home Park Fitness has been great during the Covid pandemic. They come to wherever you want to work out. I have been able to workout outside, in a park, safely away from other people the last few months.
They are super convenient, well priced and professional. I cannot speak of them any higher. They’re great!

Eric is an excellent trainer and very knowledgeable! He also takes time to pay attention to your specific wants and needs and creates a detailed plan of action based off of that. It’s very personalized and he’s an awesome motivator. I saw excellent results when I worked with him, and I was the strongest I have ever been during our time together. My wife and I have been doing personal training with Home Park Fitness for a few years. Home Park Fitness is very flexible which allows us to train outdoors when weather is good and indoor at a private gym when the weather is bad. We've most recently been training at home in our garage during COVID. Eric and his team are top notch!! Highly recommend.

Eric is a superb trainer and someone who has helped me make considerable strides toward achieving my fitness goals. He is also extremely flexible with arranging sessions at different locations and times in order to accommodate my busy schedule.
