The optometry department is one of the worst. Been going here for years, but after switching to a new optometrist, I realized they've been not doing best practices for years. I once lost my prescription paper, and my original optometrist was out, I needed to get it written. No exam, no nothing, they said I needed to pay to get that piece of paper. They also leave out details of your insurance, so you pay more for certain things.

Come here because I need help with the medical information. I already call to the human and health agency but no one picks up the phone to solve my problem. So I think I can get help from Nhan Hoa clinic. Their front desk took my information, medical card, and ask to wait for the staff. After about one and a half hours, the staff starts to work on my case. He asks for my information again, and he gives me the phone number of the human and health agency, he says I should call by myself.

I was appalled by my appointment with Dr. Trang Lam who never treats her patients and merely takes notes and refers her patients to other specialists. She had the audacity to yell at me on the top of her lungs when I asked about a shot that I needed that she recommended in the past shouting on the top of her lungs that I need to get a covid shot first and then brushed off the whole thing and never ordered my shot. I will never be returning to this place, I had only wished I had yelled back and stood up to her to give her a piece of my mind. Don't go see this doctor. It's a waste of

So happy to have caring staff, everything is COVID safe , temperature at the door, hand sanitizer stations, cleaning the lobby/waiting room constantly. This clinic is conveniently located near our home . It has a pharmacy inside also ! We love my husband's new primary care doctor, Dr. Tinh . Overall , the two times this week we were there , great experience! Thank you !!

This location does a great job of taking COVID-19 safety precautions. Immediately upon entering, you are required to sanitize your hands. Your temperature is then taken by a staff member. When you are called back (after checking in), you have to sanitize your hands again, and another staff member takes your temperature a second time.
I like that their facility provides comprehensive exams. Services offered include: medical, dental, optometry, pharmacy, women's health, behavioral health, and psychiatry--all in one location!

Im a patient of doctor Tam Le. He was so nice and caring. Most of the staffs here are very gentle and caring also, not like other Vietnamese Doctor offices Ive been to (Trust me, they are worse). They explained to me well about the insurance claim process in my case.
The waiting area was very spacious. There are two sections, one for health and another for dental & vision. They also have their own pharmacy, very convenient for me. I have been coming here for about four months now. I was surprised to see that this clinic offers a lot of resources such as: psychiatrist services, therapy, medical, dentistry, optometry, and their own pharmacy. I personally have utilized the psychiatry department and I have to say Dr. Connery has been the best! He is very supportive and cares about his patients. I have also been seen on the medical side by Dr. Vi who is awesome and has great bed side manner. I just had my first visit with the dentistry department and It went well. My only complaint is when they call your name they just transfer

I would give this place 5 star, if Dr. Tim luong wasn't working there. My wife & I just came in, he started yelling at us. He said, "u need to see a female doctor" to my wife. I said, I told them the situation over the phone & they send us to u. "How do u know u have this", said the dr. I said, that's why we're here. Do blood draw, ultrasound, or whatever? Rude, didn't listen to what we had to say.
We are concern, that's why we're here. If he's the last dr. On earth, we wouldn't want to see him.

I really want to recognize Dr.Nancy in Optometry department. I've been going here for many years now and always had a great experience with every visit.
Yesterday I came in to update my annual contact lens prescription. Dr.Nancy went above and beyond my expectations to make sure the lenses are fitting properly on my eyes. She even remembered things I've told her from last few visits. I love this because I feel like she not only professional in her job but also very caring. Dr.Nancy never hurried me. Whenever I had questions about color contacts, brand, prices, she always there to help

I came in a while ago to get some shots taken. I was brought under the care of Co Anna and Dr.Hoa Trang. Co Anna was very delightful. It is very clear that she is experienced in her field of work and she has amazing people skills. I highly recommend her because not only is she very sweet and kind, she really knows what she is doing! Also, Dr. Hoa Trang helped me with the checkup. She is very knowledgeable and is pretty much the perfect doctor you could ask for. She's very easy to talk to and is a very competent doctor. She also diagnosed me with scoliosis so wow haha. I love Nhan Hoa so much
