Colony Home did our mitigation and repairs after experiencing water damage due to an HVAC issue a couple of months ago. Throughout the mitigation and repair process the were very professional, responsive, efficient and respectful of our property, always making sure they left the place clean after their days of work. Once the repairs were done, we got the pleasant surprise of having our home cleaned up by a house cleaning company and our carpets steam cleaned as well! I really cannot praise this company enough. Rian is perhaps one of the best employees I've ever encountered. He ensured that my place look decent while taking care of a leak.

Wow! What a great experience in a time of need. Colony Home came to our house SAME DAY and provided their assessment and recommendations. We had water damage from a leak in our upstairs bathroom and they were able to quickly provide a plan and recommendations for what to do. This is a late review, but the Friday before Mother's Day we had 2 water leaks in 2 different interior walls of our home. John came highly recommended to do the rebuild after everything effected was gutted. He is the epitome of professional and quality. I would highly recommend Jon Flores and Colony homes! Last year our house was struck by lightning and we needed a bunch of repairs done before we could move back in. Insurance company was impossible to get a hold of and delayed the job by months.
However, Jon Flores answered every text or phone call right away. He scheduled repairs immediately once approved by insurance. Any touch up work after a task that needed to be done was handled the next day. 5stars. Highly recommended. Thanks again!

I had a great experience with this company today. They were sent out through my home warranty and they were professional, explained everything to me (I know nothing about plumbing), were efficient, dealt with everything with my home warranty on the spot and didn't make more than one trip to fix my issue like some technicians do, and came at the beginning of their time slot.
I will absolutely use them again if I ever need them. Until then I will recommend them to all.

I had two guys come to my home today. One was extremely rude. He placed his metal writing pad on my formal dining table. We don't even sit at the table. He laughed when I brought it up. I understand using my own pen. I take the Corona thing seriously. But he was extremely rude when telling me. When I showed him the issue he was here for he cut me off. He stated he was here for only 1 issue. He later learned that both portions had to do with the same issue. It's best you listen before aiming to prove your point. I will be contacting my warranty company as well. Perhaps the better business bureau

Hiring this company has resulted in Colony Home bringing in a subcontractor into our home, hired by Mr. John Flores. Master Granite, owned my Memo Perez, whom did not have any insurance, filed exotic granite in my kitchen that was not within OSHA standards and my home is now contaminated with Silica. They used no water when cutting inside, or the proper collection of granite dust. A shop vac doesn't do the job, clearly. Two independent labs have verified this quartz/silica substance. Two months ago we came home to a broken toilet that had flooded half of our home. I was referred to John Flores with Colony Home Maintenance and several others. During the bid process for deciding on a General Contractor to oversee putting our home back together. Mr. Flores definitely knew more than the other GC`s especially regarding what the insurance companies would provide. His knowledge helped us to get our entire home flooring replaced instead of only half which the other bidders thought we would be able to get.

Colony Home was awesome! When our kitchen flooded this summer we had no idea what to do. First we called Blackhill Restoration. After they dried us out and demoed the damage they referred us to John Flores at Colony Home. Oh boy did we make the right decision by calling him. He promptly came out and gave us an estimate and answered all of our questions, and we had alot He was as professional as could be and lowered our stress level by about half. We had massive mold infestation in our two story, 4129sf home, and had to replace three HVAC units and all ducts. Afterward, we had 22 large holes in our ceilings where ducts were removed, and three areas where drywall had been removed in our walls. The damage was extensive.
