These guys were life savers. I hit some debris and was stranded with a broken wheel. In the ENTIRE city of Dallas, Only Juan at Star Tire went the extra mile and got me going again. My journey was a long and complicated one, so having guys like Juan in this world make it a much better place.

These guys are as good as it gets. ive dealt with Juan and Jason for years on and off and they have always been consistent, fair and honest, great prices. i recently took my brand new sprinter van to get wheels blackened. when i got the van back i noticed that it was missing most of the fasteners on both sides of the front wheel wells. i couldnt see how Star could have remove them bc it wasnt necessary for their work but when i brought it up to Juan he immediately said no problem and then looked up the probably fasteners and ordered them and had them to me in a couple days. i then found out that

The name is deceiving because not only do they have the best prices for tires but offer auto repair and maintenance as well!! Was told by the dealership that I had a serious oil leak in my MINI Cooper when I took it to the dealership for routine maintenance. Since I hadn't seen any oil in my garage, I took it to Star and they confirmed that there wasn't a problem. Thank you Jason Edwards!!

I took my car into Star Tire to get my brakes looked at before a road trip. Scott checked out my brakes and told me that they were fine and that I had six more months before they were due for a replacement. Other companies were eager to get them replaced as soon as possible (and would've charged for even a diagnostic)! In addition, I've been trying to get my tire pressure light to turn off for months. I have been maintaining my tire pressure to ensure that it was at the proper pressure, but the light remained on. I took it into multiple places who said my tires were fine but my tire pressure

Star Tire company is amazing! Juan provided rapid and excellent customer service in a no-no sense manner. We brought my vehicle in with a bent chrome rim and told Juan we probably needed to have all four rims refurbished or replaced but after checking all rims, he said three did not need anything. He could have made extra money off of our ignorance but but instead, he recommended only what we actually needed. How many auto car places do that these days?! The 24-hour turn around also blew me away. That's why I say Star Tire is amazing.

Not only did they match me with perfect rims and tires, but they did it with old school hospitality and quality service. It's rare these days that I walk out of a business feeling like I got the best care and got it at a great price! Juan could not have been more accommodating! I've been using Star Tire for a countless number of years now. I completely trust this family owned and operated business. I recently had my oil changed at a Firestone in Denton, afterwards they told me I needed approximately $1500 worth of work done. That Monday I took my truck to Nick and after a full evaluation of my truck, they confirmed one of the items did indeed needed to be taken care of but the other did not. Nick and his team at Star tire are just your friendly neighborhood tire store... Their that and much more! They've saved my bacon on special repairs to my personal vehicle, and found discontinued and impossible to locate tires for one of my fleet vehicles. I called 8 larger chain suppliers and could not find these tires locally or nationally!!! Nick found what I needed! They also do pretty much all service my vehicles need regularly. Fast. Fair. Local. Oh thank Thor for this place. After having awful experience at City Garage and Blagg tire, we ended up here after a blow out POS Chinese made tire.
They showed us that the last guys we used were incorrect about our front shocks being messed up. They confirmed that our existing tires were indeed poor quality.
They sold and installed some new tires and our car drives so much better than it has in 20k miles.
I completely trust this place, and that's what you need when letting people touch your car.
