Just moved to Colorado in 2020! My education. My backstory. My yoga journey began in the late 90's while pregnant with my first child. When my late husband passed away in 2007, I found myself juggling a corporate career while raising my three boys on my own. Life as a 32 year old widow was challenging and I struggled with anxiety and depression because I didn't yet have the tools I needed to find a peaceful equilibrium.
In 2012, my life changed as I discovered how incredibly effective meditation, yoga and eastern philosophy studies were in shifting my perspective of the world. As my healing process unfolded, I became increasingly compelled to dedicate my life to helping others. I made the leap and left my corporate career to dedicate my life to helping others in 2015.

This option gives you the opportunity to do deep work that is customized to your personal needs and offers the most attentive level of coaching support. A 3 month commitment is required, with the option to extend for one additional month. Sessions are held once a week via Zoom for 75-90 min sessions.
In the past decade, the Western world has discovered the incredible benefits of a daily meditation practice. Meditation originated in the East over 2000 years ago. The practice itself is simple, so why is it so hard to support our students in cultivating this life changing habit? Meditation Teacher Training Level One will help you support beginner students so that they may establish a regular home practice.
Meditation Coaching can support and enhance your journey toward lasting peace and happiness. Dee's approach draws from eastern philosophy with meditation as an integral part of shifting the way that you look at the world. Sessions can be scheduled in person or via Skype. The Meditation Coaching program requires a six-session non-refundable commitment.
Your company can invest in wellness. Teach your team the skills they need to manage stress and find a better balance in life and it will increase focus, productivity and morale at the office. During our company Wellness Fair, Dee led us through a wonderful and calming meditation session. Dee personifies calmness, so it was not very difficult to make this happen even though we were in a conference room!
Dee offers consultation on curriculum development for wellness programs. She specializes in yoga for 200 hour yoga teacher trainings, yoga for birth, meditation, and personal development tools. Dee is a very compassionate and assertive person who has given me the tools to meditate and view the world in a different manner. Dee’s meditational teachings has helped me reduce my PTSD. As I learned to control my PTSD I’ve become more productive during work and during my daily activities. It is very refreshing to find a person who gives of herself to help others.

Dee's teaching practice of yoga and, for me, especially meditation, and the combination of both, have had an intense, positive impact on my life, both within me and in my external world.
