Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant off of Lynnhaven pkwy? Since when? Well actually this place has been here for quite sometime but the location is not my typical go to spot unless I'm stopping by to visit Glory's bakery for some pandesal. This has been my second time visiting and last time I had came and had the lemongrass chicken with egg!
