I am a lifetime resident of Syracuse who began my career in the healthcare profession over forty years ago. I have had the opportunity to manage medical practices in various specialties throughout the years. I have worked together with Dr. Carroll as Practice Manager for over twenty years. I feel increasingly privileged to be a part of Dr. Carroll's Team and to work with the wonderful patients that make up our Practice.
Your smile affects your self-image, and can greatly influence the quality of your interactions with others. Many people hold back from laughing or smiling because they are uncomfortable with their smile. The following questions are designed to honestly appraise your smile. When being photographed, do you smile with your lips closed instead of flashing a full smile?.
Before: Front (left) Central tooth has a poor restoration. Does not look natural and is not contoured properly to match the gumline of the rest of the teeth. After: Replaced with an All Porcelain Crown (no metal). Tooth is now contoured to match the rest of the gumline. Restored tooth looks very natural and matches the shape and color of the patient's teeth.
Before: Patient needs Upper and Lower Arch Rehabilitation. After: Great smile, chewing function, and facial tissue support possible with an Upper Denture that is supported with Implants and Lower Implants and Crowns. Appointment at 8am for to repair a broken bicuspid. Old tooth was prepared, Crown was manufactured, fitted and installed pain free with no problem in about an hour. Most of the time spent was manufacturing of the crown including kiln time. Dr. Carroll is an empathetic, gentle and efficient Dentist. Go Orange 🍊

I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism Dr Carroll and his team provide at every visit. The hygienists are wonderful, the front desk ladies are excellent and I’ve recommended them to several fellow employees and friends. Dr. Carroll is very personable, competent, and to a great extent… an artist. He creates crowns right there in the office and it’s amazing to see everything he does to give a perfect fit and look. Everyone there is very impressive!

I have been going to Dr. Carroll’s office for more than 10 years and I have always been happy with the care and service there. My dental hygienist Kayla makes my visit the best part of my day and I always look forward to seeing her. The minute I walked into Dr Carroll’s office I was met with a warm, welcome greeting & plenty of smiles ! I felt very comfortable right away. Had my usual X-rays and cleaning today. Hygienist was efficient and gentle. Great experience. Dr. Carroll examined my mouth to make sure everything was good. Looked over my X-ray’s while I was there in case he needed to suggest work or a problem. They are friendly and professional. That’s why I have been with them for many many years.
