Burnetti, P.A. was established in June of 1994 by Doug Burnetti. The firm began in a two-room office in central Florida with one secretary. Today, Burnetti, P.A. has multiple staffed offices as well as many satellite offices. With several attorneys and nearly 100 employees, the firm continues to grow while serving individual clients.
Our client was driving on S.R. 33 in Lakeland and was killed by a driver under the influence of an illegal substance. The mother and Personal Representative of the Estate of Our Client brought a civil action against the defendant. The plaintiff contended that the defendant was under the influence of methamphetamine when he crossed the centerline and collided head-on with our client, causing his death.

First thing you think of is can I trust this attorney? With Phil Slotnik & team you most certainly can. Being a senior was reluctant to go through the legal process. They made it seamless and actually cared about my well being. Pain 24/7 did not make me a happy camper and admit at times I might have been snappy. My husband and I was in a accident August 2018... Took almost 3 years to settle my case. My husbands case all of a sudden disappeared after they settled mine. Have not heard anything and tried contacting Ashley and Dylan over this. No reply!!! Also they settled mine- I walked away with $3,000 and Burnetti got about $12,000 or $13,000... that was a huge insult!!! They also said all my medical bills would be taken care of during my settlement.. Well I'm still getting bills from one doctor and emailed Ashley and Dylan several times over it and now that they settled my case they DO-NOT reply

We are more than pleased with Burnetti, PA. My granddaughter was involved in an automobile accident as a passenger. We battled with the driver’s insurance for over a year. Burnetti has supposedly been representing me for a year now on a personal injury case. I have now had 3 different case managers. My attorney, Dylan, called to let me know that he heard from the other party's attorney 4 months ago and that he'd be back in touch with me soon. Well I have yet to hear from him or a case manager since. They wanted to just drop my case due to not being able to get a big settlement from the insurance company and I insisted they continue to take it to trial if need be because I was bit in the face by a dog and I would like the owners to be held accountable for

This is by far the worse law firm that anyone could deal with. As i peruse the reviews i notice that the fabricated ones are only good. Amazingly the real ones are by REAL people that have been wronged by the inept service of a law firm that only wants your money. Do yourself a favor so you don't have to waste your time .... find a board certified trial attorney so you don't have a monosyllabic neanderthal like Nate Hendricks contacting you.
