STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! MOLD HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.SCAMMERS!

The apartments are decent. The landscaping is usually maintained. The issue lies in the customer service and the, for lack of a better word, morons, working in the office. These women have tried to get over on us for an extra deposit because they can't manage their office properly and don't see that we paid a deposit on arrival, a year ago. They also refused to open the bathrooms in the clubhouse for over a year because Covid. Yet the pool was open. Now to swim in the pool we all pay for they expect us to sign a

BEWARE!! I put in an application for $40 and deposit of $200 only to get rejected because I had a 10yr old DISMISSED assault charge. After I went through hoops to get it expunged and showed them the paperwork to show it was in the process of being expunged they still declined. Then after that I was rejected on such a grey middle ground despite being as cool as I could muster I was told they would mail the deposit back.....seriously this happened. I can't comment on living at the property, I toured it and it looked nice and Angelia one of the property managers I was worked with was very nice and

The Preserve definitely makes me feel right at home. It's quite and tucked away in a great location. There's also restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores literally within walking distance, so everything that you need is right there. The office staff is nice and friendly and their maintenance crew is polite, courteous and always right there to take care of your needs. The preserve is where I hang my hat and I recommend others to do the same.

I've really enjoyed living here. The apartments are well appointed, quiet (almost never hear my neighbors), filled with some awesome people, and the grounds are kept super clean. I've not had to ask for any maintenance, but any inquiry has always been promptly and professionally dealt with the staff (some of whom actually live here too).

I love living here! As a military family this place is perfect. It’s about a 30 min drive from post. The staff are very friendly, and the maintenance crew are always there to help. The apt grounds are mowed frequently and kept clean. I never see any trash around here. The pool is a very relaxing area with a 1/2 foot deep end that is perfect for my little one. And the area all around is pretty quiet. I’m glad we chose this place!

I have lived here since they first opened. The staff is always extremely helpful. The grounds are immaculate and they always have nice seasonal plantings.. They are quick to address people who won't abide by the rules. As a result, this is a great place to live! It has super easy access to I-24 and all of the businesses on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Even though I commute to Nashville every day, I prefer to live here.

Let me start this review off by saying that this is by far the best apartment complex in the Clarksville area. Aside from the fact that it is conveniently located next to the mall, a ton of shopping and restaurants, It is only a 20 minute drive from Fort Campbell. I was most impressed with the politeness and care the staff showed when I moved into my apartment and noticed that I was having allergies from a cat owner that lived in my here previously. I requested that the carpet be replaced and without hesitation or question they had installed brand new carpet in each bedroom the next day. I feel

We only just arrived. From what I can tell the grounds are very clean, no visible pet waste or trash. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was clean and the walls painted perfectly. There were lots of dust and cob webs on the light fixtures and in the corners but all in all looked clean.

One issue is a very very strong chemical/mildew smell coming from the washer. We submitted a work order that was promptly addressed but it was not resolved so we have resubmitted another. That being said the washer and dryer in this apartment works amazing.

Great apartment complex. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and attend to any matter quickly. As with any apartment, you never know what neighbors you'll get. Apartment fixtures could be nicer as they are as basic as can be, but that's not a big deal.

My husband and I just moved into the Preserve and so far we are very very happy! Not only is the staff very friendly and puts the residents first, they threw in a bunch of free stuff as well! We got a free large pizza, dish soap, sponges and a lot more stuff! Our apartment is beautiful and I'm a excited to live here! This complex is clean, quiet and well organized. If you are looking for the "luxury" title in Clarksville, this is the place to go.

Living in these apartments has been the worst 6 months of my life. I completely agree with the "not recommended" post given by someone in April. The apartments were so cheaply made that they are falling apart, if you'd like proof then simply pick a spot from the management's office or the swimming pool and fix your eyes on the first building past the gate that never works, you won't be able to miss the corner balcony that's horribly crooked and looks like it is falling off -literally!
The apartment homes are cracked, the floors in mine are warped horribly and you can
