Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff team with unparalleled access to exclusive boutique lines in SF bay and Northern California area. They went above and beyond to accommodate this new out of town patient from Sacramento county. I will definitely be going back there for future eye care needs. UPDATE: My second visit to Eyes on Hartz was another 5 Star event. On 6/11/2021 I dropped in with seriously warped wire frame glasses that I fell asleep wearing. Once again Jennifer welcomed me back and immediately set about readjusting my glasses frames (while I was there) back to like new condition. So glad I purchased my glasses there. Simply the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Its on Hartz.!

Very professional office, friendly and helpful and experienced staff, and great selection of frames. Dr. Hoang is smart, efficient, patient and very willing to spend time explaining and answering questions. Sunnie was excellent in providing assistance in frame selection - very fun and low stress/low pressure.
