Omg. I hate it there. The receptionist are absolutely rude and lazy! Every time i call, im on hold well over 15 mins! Dr. Latasha Burgees does NOT care about her customers whatsoever. She tells you anything to get you out of there. She is most definitely all about the money. No type of concern or passion given at ALL. I was diagnosed with migraines without any test or blood work done. Then, prescribed meds for it that didnt even work! I will NOT be back EVER! This office needs to be shutdown.

I was recently denied care because I’m pregnant. I’m looking for a new primary care doctor and just simply wanted an appointment to build a new relationship to see if this is a fit for me plus I’m new to Fairburn. This felt illegal and wrong. The appointment was booked and then I received a call the next day cancelling my appointment because I’m pregnant. I’m definitely going to do some research on if this is legal or law. I just feel discriminated against bc I’m pregnant. And that ain’t right!

Dr. Burgess is consistently personable and professional during each of my visits. I have been a patient for over 5 years and I have seen the growth mindset for the practice come to fruition. Her staff mirrors her work ethic and I sense their desire to deliver care at my time of need. I am glad to have Dr. Burgess, as my primary care physician and the Personal Touch staff, who partner with me ,in my time of medical need and assist me with preventative care.

I have been a patient of doctor Burgess for about 6 or 7 years, I bring my son to her office as well. What I like is that she takes the time to listen to your concerns. Her office are very welcoming, clean, and well kept. Appointments are also flexible, knowing, I get off work at 3:30 in the afternoon. I would refer anyone to her practice, and looking forward to having her as my primary care physician for a long time!!

The worse doctors office EVER! More concerned about money than health. Very unprofessional. Called to make a follow up appointment just for refills and was placed on hold for 22min. Yes you have to report into the office for routine BP meds monthly (they want money). I never had to go to a primary care every month for a rx that can just be written with refills. They want to be able to bill the insurance company and get copays. Stay away.

So my experience with this office hasn't been that great. The staff our lazy.....and they don't follow up as they should .Dr Burgess requested blood work and I saw the results returned in her app on 07/17. Today is 07/23 and still as of yet heard anything from this office..I also submitted fmla forms over a week ago called this morning and was told by the nurse Mira that the doctor hasn't filled them.out yet...I'm over this place...they must realize people have choices and being lazy in a doctor's office isn't something anyone will deal with lightly...if u take a test ordered by the doctor you
