This is the absolute best car service I’ve worked with. I booked a round-trip to the airport for my mom and worked with Patrick to set it up. He was so helpful, kind, and easy to work with.
Their system is great - you get notifications on who your driver is, their car, when they’ve arrived, etc. They also track your flight for you when you’re flying in to pick you up at the right time if there are delays. Ride N' Relax! True to the company name, we had a very pleasant ride to LAX with Leticia. She arrived exactly on time in an extremely clean, comfortable Lincoln MKT. She was supremely kind and professional. The hour long ride flew by with her engaging conversation.

First flite since Covid and our old exec car service no longer available. We tried Ride 'n Relax to/from Ontario Airport from Fullerton and we've got a new favorite. On time, great car, super service and adaptable. When we got caught in the American Airlines chais with bad westher in Dallas and changed our arrival times and dates twice after initial scheduling--no problem! The absolute best car service we have ever used. Patrick was a pro from beginning to end. He call, text, emailed prior to our trip, text when in route and arrived as scheduled. We had to pick up a friend on our route and he made that very seem less. Arrived at airport with plenty of time to check in. When we returned home our flight landed about 25 mins early and Patrick text to say that he was already nearby and that when we had our bags he would be there momentarily, and he was. The best possible service you can get when getting from point A to point B on time matters. Patricks professional courtesy from beginning to end is just top shelf. The cars are immaculate and very comfortable. Services start with an email, text, phone from the moment you book his services. We arrived early on our return flight and when I turned my phone back on, we had a text from Patrick letting us know that he hadv tracked our flight and was near the airport. I booked a ride with Patrick for my father. We’d been on a family trip to Hawaii but were flying home to different airports. He needed a late night transfer from LAX to Corona. Patrick was responsive to my initial booking inquiry, and arranged to meet my father at baggage claim for a small additional fee, since he needed help getting to the car. BEST choice!!!.....after literally months.of searching for reliable transportation to and from LAX for a large family (7 adults 4 toddlers and 1 infant) RideNrelax was by far the best choice, their customer service was on point communication was great, they even provided me with an infant chair for the baby which was great news for me as I did not want to lug a baby chair around the airport or on the plane.
The driver was right on time for our 5am pick up' there was a lot of traffic since it was after labor day he took some side streets and got us to the airport right on time without issues

My wife and I booked with Patrick to take us and our parents to LAX. His service was exquisite! He arrived on time, was very professional and personal. A few friends and I came to town for the Rose Bowl game and wanted a driver to take us to and from the game in so we didn't have to deal with the hassle of finding a ride after the event.
