This is our go to location for covid testing, they are very nice and the will squeeze you in if possible. The results come back within 24-48 hrs. Very friendly staff

Although the staff was very friendly and the service was very quick, which I appreciate, I never received my Covid results which was supposed to take 24 hours. I called and emailed but got no response. A little disappointing since I now have to go somewhere else to do this all over again.

Can't even get anyone on the phone to make an appointment! I literally called 5 times and each time I was sent to voicemail!

Great experience!
Took my 4yo for a runny nose and cough. They squeezed her in the same day, got her tested for Covid, and checked, all while making her feel special and brave. She wasn't distressed at all. We'll definitely come back if needed.

I call both numbers and after a single ring, there is silence then the line is disconnected. Not sure if business is booming or non-existent.
Edit: Technology failed me!!!
Immediately received a call and we got everything on track. I appreciate the response and understand why they have such high ratings.

I visited this clinic for the first time during the summer of 2020 for COVID tests for me and my family. The process was efficient and professional. We sat in the car while 2 staff members came outside to have us complete paperwork and then proceed with COVID testing. Same experience with second visit 4 months later. For my third visit I went inside of the clinic. Results were available in a short period of time for all visits. The front office area(which is where I stayed) was very clean. For all visits, my temp was taken, documents were quickly processed and I was done in less than 15 minutes

I absolutely love this clinic. I called and they have always answered in a timely manner and if not called back within a few minutes. They are very fast with results and got me in there fast and quick. I highly recommend going to this clinic

This is a bad choice for any clinical needs they will send your calls to voicemail wait weeks to give you your results even if life threatening and will not return any voicemails I would choose a different clinic before coming here make this your last resort super unprofessional if I could give less than 1 star I would horrible service
