Because of parking me and my husband moved there in November and we have two cars and instead of getting a parking space with your apartment they charge you $45 for a parking space and then if we can't find a handicap space then we have to park about 5 or six blocks away from our apartment the one that handles the parking has a very nasty attitude and doesn't care about the elderly they have all these parking spaces that nobody park in but they said that it belongs to other people but they can't tell you who because they don't want you asking that person can you rent their space

My in laws live here & it is the worst place for seniors to reside in!!! Super overly priced apartments. Charge the tenants for a parking spot on top of rent and fees. We visited & our vehicle was towed because they are contracted with tow company!! My in laws pay rent on time & do not leave their apartment & they have so many strict rules regarding visitors even if they are nurses or in home care givers. Office staff have been rude to my in-laws & take advantage of their kindness when my father in law would be kind & take them lunch & snacks.

I have been living in Monaco Apartments for almost 4 years. I love it! If it weren't for Denise, the manager I would not been approved due to where I lived before they gave me a bad reference. I love everyone in the office, Nancy, Maria and Ana. A great place to live. Very reasonable than any other senior apartments in Chino. They are trying to accommodate more parking spaces by adding another parking lot. The only thing is that you have to stay to yourself leave people out of your business like anywhere people do gossip.

The overall tone of the management is that the tenants should be grateful to be living there. Parking is inadequate; rules upon rules upon rules. Lovely pool but 1 guest per resident. Recently moved out after three years. I was told I was unable to park in a potential resident space for 10 minutes to bring down a piece of furniture. Instead I needed to park on the other side of the building or I would be towed. Recommend you look for something more tenet friendly

I met with Maria Maxey on Saturday, April 7, 2018 and she was extremely helpful. She was the only person in the office and somewhat busy with interruptions but remained calm and professional throughout the experience. She was extremely informative, friendly and took her time to explain in detail everything while others were waiting. I did not feel rushed at any time. Shout out to Maria for doing an excellent job!

This place is a joke. My grandmother lives here. Management treats her like crap. They act like they are wardens of a stinkin prison. She pays rent and doesn't even have a parking spot because there are not enough available spaces. My poor grandmother had a maintenance issue that they kept putting off for WEEKS! She had to bug them every single day to please fix the issue. If guests visit, they have to " park across the street at the church and walk over"- (quoted right from the rude lady in the office ). This place is over priced and most certainly not worth it.

These the worst senior apartments. My dad lived there. Every time I would go visit and wanted to go in the pool my dad was only allowed 2 visitors. You weren't able to be there for along time because then they will tow your car. Plus they are very expensive considers they are senior apartments and the rent will go up too. Overall bad place for senior citizens to live. Why live somewhere where they cannot have their family over without being harassed or being kicked out the pool. Plus they are only allowed one parking space when there is so many.

I had a terrific experience with Monaco and working with Maria on behalf of my clients. As a Realtor, I sometimes find that purchasing a home isn't the best choice for my clients. That is what lead us here! We stopped in and was able to look at something that fit their need exactly! Super thrilled! The unit we looked at was actually the one they ended up getting. Read these reviews! They are all very true. Parking is rough, especially if you come home past 5pm. My fathers bicycle was stolen from his patio the very first week he lived there, which was locked up with two locks! They cut one and made off with the other attached. When he asked the leasing personnel to check the cameras they said it couldn't be done and to report it to his renters insurance! After his1 year lease was over they held onto his deposit and charged him an additional $250 for "touch ups and carpet cleaning". His place was left in great condition! Beware!

Do not rent here. You will be told lies by the leasing office and once you sign the lease they do not return calls or care about problems within this complex that you address to them. It is a palace behind the gates in front of the Section 8 Villa Serena ghetto apts which all amenities will be shared with them including the very small pool area which by the way is full of children for a senior property.
