Molon Lave Vineyards is a boutique farm winery specializing in producing handcrafted wines based on the principles of traditional European wine-making techniques. It is situated in the middle of 50 acres of land, just south of Warrenton, Virginia, surrounded by vineyards, forests and ponds. The winery offers majestic views of the Virginia countryside and a warm Mediterranean decor with sculpted wood furniture and antique wine making equipment.

We recently held a rehearsal dinner at Molon Lave for my son and daughter-in-law. The rehearsal dinner was the perfect start to the wedding weekend, and we owe that to Evy and the wonderful staff at Molon Lave. Evy's expertise and guidance related to both planning the event, selecting wines, and working with our caterer made this event run smoothly. She made the whole process easy. She also kept up to date on the changing situation due to COVID-19 occupancy rules and safety measures and made sure she communicated those updates to me. She really put my mind at ease. We really enjoyed this winery. It was one of several we visited for the day, and by far the best of them all. I'm more of a red fan, and my partner prefers the sweeter versions (red or white). We were set up with a couple flights and mine were spectacular...I enjoyed every one. They also had live music, and a cheese/meat tray. Hosts were super nice as well, and we both felt like our presence was appreciated! Will most certainly return!!

My husband and I absolutely love Molon Lave, we recently got married there and everyone was so amazing and helpful, especially Evy! After our tasting it was so hard to figure out which wines we wanted for the wedding because everything tasted so good! We got lucky with the timing of our wedding and we were able to enjoy their beer as well, which was also delicious. The guests at our wedding were raving about the winery and how beautiful it is. It's the perfect wedding spot, and we will definitely be coming back for some more of their weekend events. Thank you everyone there for making our

Deliberately misleading tasting. They advertise a flight of four wines with 2oz pours for $12. They seemed very small when we received them (smaller than a shot glass sized glass and that's 1.5 oz) and looking at the bottom of the cup, they were only 1oz. The wines were fine for the most part, but only giving people half of what they pay for is shady.

7/10 Venue - Large space but is over filled with tables and chairs in one room and then open with a few tables in another with no chairs. Outside is over crowded with tables.
5/10 Service - didn't get served the wine or anything, had to go to the desk and order and was rushed along the way. Also not that this was wrong on their part, but I was asked for my ID even tho I and my mother had just said we were at another vineyard just before them and had had a tasting there...and

The outside is beautiful and everyone is nice...the wine left a lot to be desired & the interior vibe was the same. I got a flight of wines as did the other 3 people with me but none of us could stomach drinking them we left within 15 minutes! I hope they improve, I love the outside venue....the inside needs a bit of love!

Unfortunately the wine has not been fermented properly, and has turned into vinegar instead of wine. I had two varieties of white wine, and they were both un-drinkable . I've read that when anything gets into the juice while fermenting, it can cause the process to stop and leave the product as a vinegar instead of a wine. Very disappointing. Buyer beware!

First visit for my three friends and they loved everything about Molon Lave Vineyards . We decided to go on Sunday, rainy day but nothing better than sipping on a glass of wine with friends, laughter, delicious charcuterie and live music in the background!
Service was wonderful as I remember from the first time I visited them. KIM was checking on us periodically and offered us free infused chocolate wine to taste. I am not a chocolate lover but still tried it and loved the wine inside of it but the chocolate was too chocolate for me (I know I make no sense) .

We come here with friends for the great atmosphere and wine. But this fall, we had my daughters baby shower in their private room. Evy is their events coordinator. Working with Evy was easy and fun. She was the perfect combination of professional and warm. She thought of every detail and had it covered. The space was tasteful and the view was gorgeous. We could not have found a more perfect venue. Will definitely keep this place in mind for any future events.

Finally made it to this vineyard! Of course COVID means we don't get to do a tasting, but we did have the red,white, blue slushy and a bottle of Cab Franc. The Cab Franc was amazing! One of the smoothest I have ever had.
We went with some friends and got to the vineyard just in time for live music. The two folks who were singing were really good and we really enjoyed the music and the ambiance.
Great venue, beautiful property and the ladies working were awesome! Would definitely go back once they open for full tastings! Great evening!

Stopped here on our way down to Virginia. The owners are sooooo sweet. The inside and outside is absolutely gorgeous. Over 200 places to sit outside with a beautiful view. You can get a bottle of wine and enjoy the view. They also offer a picnic basket for food. Add it to a place you should visit, you will not be disappointed.

I'm admittedly slightly obsessed with Molon Lave! I am pretty sure they could add me and my husband as dependents and the IRS wouldn't bat an eye. We have been coming here for years, but as of August, we officially became club members and discovered all that this little gem has to offer.

This is a very unique winery. The service was exceptional and our pourer was incredibly attentive and courteous. It has a very down to Earth vibe among the employees.
The wine was ok. There was a lot of unique vintages of grapes and wine inspired in the Greek tradition. However much of the tasting menu is sweet wines that are fortified with brandy. Worth going for the novelty, but I wont be returning anytime soon.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to Molon Lave on a Saturday afternoon for a wine tasting. We had a fantastic experience. I wish I had gotten the woman's name who did our pouring because she was great! We loved the hot mulled wine and left with the recipe along with a couple of bottles of wine that we liked. The property is beautiful. We will be back.
