I had a pretty bad experience living here. Any “repairs” were very cheaply done, the street is extremely loud, lots of homeless passing out on the facility grounds and going through trash. I left the studio SPOTLESS, honestly 10x better than i received it, and now I can’t receive my deposit, or anything in response to my emails about this. On top of everything there is zero guest spots, and people would steal my reserved spot often, leaving me walking down a street that wasn’t safe by myself weekly. As a woman, especially one living alone, i would recommend looking elsewhere.

If you move there and you plane on paying your rent on time doesn’t mean you get your lease renewed... I was told it was nothing personal... it’s about money , skyrocketing the rent ... I had one of the nicer units , so it was easy to be done ... after all they took all my deposit and make me pay for painting and new carpet and late fee I never had ... they took everything, and the new manager will make sure she will get some money from your deposit... I am going to court and I am gonna win... I didn’t had the luxury to fight her on the

My room mate and I lived at these apartments for 1 year. We gave proper notice and left the apartment clean. Prior to the inspection the apt manager told me that we had to pay a professional cleaning agency that is licensed. He stated the apartment needed to be sanitized properly. After pointing out the laws that protect tenant/landlords and the use of security deposit moneys on page 53 of this document he agreed to let us clean the apartment. Which by the way was cleaner than when we moved in. After the inspection he sent the check which was received approximately 20 days after the inspection

I had an appointment to tour the grounds. When I arrived, there wasn't available parking for guests. I parked, in what I assumed was a resident's space, and quickly went to the office to ask where I should park. Sabrina was the only one in the office and acted inconvenienced at my presence. I told her that I was there for an apartment tour. She was snotty and acted as though she had never heard of such a thing. I further explained that the unit was available June 30 but it was explained to my that unit might not be available for touring. Her insouciant attitude was not welcoming or helpful. Because

The complex is to loud no place for kids to play the mail room is loud they shut off water to many times for repairs the managers are lazy they dont help take care of complaints they dont enforce rules parking is crap they let tenats fill up visitors parking so others cannot have guest over neighbors were loud they smoke inside building it drifts down into the lower unit where you cannot breath its loud at night you get no sleep. I would never reccomend this place to any one runn far away from this place. They over charge for small units do not rent from here they wont care about tenates its not
