Sentiero Fitness offers a variety of programs and expertise, integrating both fitness and wellness. Each program is designed to fit your needs. Joey T. Is one of the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve met. He understood how my - at that time- injured shoulder and back would react to a new routine. He was the one who told me before my doctor what was my problem!
I would recommend Joey in a heartbeat!

Joey got me into the best shape of my life. He has a great balance of pushing you but without being obnoxious about it. He understands what your goals are and how to get you there. He makes it fun and makes you want to push yourself. I would highly recommend Joey and his team for anyone looking to progress their fitness level.

Joey is an excellent trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable about proper form and technique. When I first started working with Joey I had never lifted before. He taught me the basics so I could progress safely. He is a great coach that knows when to push you to work harder and how to make working hard and getting fitter more fun.

I met Joey years ago when he was the Fitness Coordinator for the San Jose Fire Dept.
I’ve always been impressed with his knowledge and drive to help people achieve their goals.
He is fun to work with while focusing on your form and pushing you.

Joey is the by far the best trainer I have ever had. He is so knowledgeable and straight forward. He is passionate about health and nutrition and overall human wellness. Joey has patiently guided me through workouts for over a year now. I warned him upfront that working out would be a life change for me, as I had always ignored any sort of workout regimen. So we started slowly and moved forward from there. Success in this case is that I’m still working out regularly under Joey’s guidance.

Joey is fantastic. I’ve worked with many trainers, but never one who has such an ability to see when you are out of position by just a tiny amount. And when he corrects that position it’s a major change in what I feel in my body. It seems minor, but it is actually major because that is how injuries happen - being just a little bit outta position can mess you up!
I am continually impressed how he has a plan for my workout, he remembers the details of the last workout, he knows my body issues and how to target them. He also always texts me later in the day or the next day to check how I feel

My husband and I began training with Joey as a team just to get into shape....as many people know, the married life will do that to ya!

He started us off on a simple meal plan and basic routine of working out just to get us back into the comfort of exercise, movement and mobility.

I had hip surgery two years ago and since then it's been really difficult to find someone who is knowledgeable enough to incorporate a workout that conforms to my specific injury and recovery.
