I highly recommend working with Los Banos Property Management Services (LBPMS). The ladies in the office are the best. Jeana and her team are very professional, courteous, and responsive. They are understanding and always willing to work with you. They are great and quick to fix any issue that comes up. I could call them with every question I had, and I always got an answer. They are all around awesome!

Los Banos Property Management has been managing our three rental properties for a number of years now, and can be counted on to properly screen tenants, get repairs done, as well as collect and distribute the rents. They have been operating well, even under pandemic conditions, with very few interruptions. I would highly recommend their services.

this property management company does not make sure their properties are maintained overly priced units when something breaks or need to be repaired they take months or even longer to get it done and when it is done it's just slapping a Band-Aid on the problem
