I think Wisdom is superb and does the job for our rental needs in Merced. We interviewed three agencies but I could see right away that Wisdom was the only choice. Yes, at first we had to discuss alot of issues back and forth but we ironed out our differences and I believe both sides we will always work it out. They are always timely to send our check, take care of little repairs and to call us when there is an issue. I would only refer people to Wisdom.
