I started looking for homes with very little feedback and Lindsay was the first realtor that reached out to me, I was very interested in a home but unfortunately it went off the market however Lindsay was persistent and provided me with other options, she was very prompt at replying in a timely manner like she really cared and you can tell she wanted to help and the professional output and how courteous she was through the whole process. Lindsay from Rental Zebra was fantastic. From the moment I applied to the moment she got me approved. She was timely, considerate and very professional. I have rented other houses and apartments and this company was by far the best to work with. She answered all my questions and advocated for me to get all my forms in so that she could approve me. Many rental companies are slow and unconcerned with future renters but I cannot praise and thank Lindsay and Rental Zebra enough.

I had my eye on a house several months before moving i, they worked with me to get this house which was close to my parents. Our apartment was purchased by rental zebra while we were living it. When they took over, they let the grass and shrubs grow with no maintenance for MONTHS. Grass and weeds grew to be feet high. We ended up deciding to move out well before our lease would be up and were informed when our last day would be. Rental zebra is now having us pay a portion of our rent for the 10 days we have the apartment in July - WHEN THEY NEVER INFORMED US OF SUCH CHARGE. I called to find out what the charge was for and was told if we had moved out by the first we would have not had to pay. We pay our rent for the

We have rented through this company for just over 2 years and don't have any complaints with the company. They always respond super quickly to all work orders and questions we may have. They provide you with an online portal to pay rent, and submit work orders and retrieve all documents through which makes everything simpler. They have also made it simple to transition from moving out of a rental house and into a home we just bought. Would definitely recommend reaching out to see what they have available if you're looking for a home and rental company!

I have been a tenant with Rental Zebra 3+ years.... my first house was 3 years and I just moved into my new home a week ago. I'm really big on communication and they have done an amazing job with making sure we are all on the same page. Lindsay, came through and made sure everything was in place for this move... Jamie, has made sure my deposit from my other unit was sent back in timely manner (In which got majority of that back) paperwork, and lease was completed.
