We hired Todd to do a home inspection for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection. He explained everything to us in a way that we understood and answered all of our questions while kindly offering for us to reach out any time with questions in the future too. We could tell that he not only has strong expertise but also has a passion for his job and for using his expertise to help people. Todd is extremely professional, efficient and easy to work with. He ensures that you understand his report and takes whatever time is necessary to answer any questions and discuss any issues you feel are important. On a personal note, having met Todd only once, when I met with him on another job a month later, he remembered that my dog was ill and took the time to ask after him and express his concern for both my dog and me. I will ensure that all my inspection needs are handled by Todd. His kind of workmanship and professional and caring attitude is not easy to find.

Todd is nothing short of amazing! He is my go-to for pre-listing and pre-purchase inspections. His website offers super easy scheduling for inspections--being able to schedule home, radon, & termite at once is so convenient. He does such a great job of helping our clients feel at ease. He educates clients without causing undue panic. He is very responsive and just an all around gem to work with.
