After my realtor suggested Fred, I have used his services to inspect a house I am buying. Fred pays attention to details, and explains everything in layman's terms. It was very easy and seamless working with him as he is very good at his job and a fantastic communicator. The inspection report was very comprehensive and detailed. As a long time Realtor in the Triangle area I can state with complete confidence - Fred's the best. Fred Herndon was absolutely AHHHmazing! He's passionate, nimble, informative and never made us feel rushed. His enthusiasm was contagious and you'll leave your inspection an informed buyer with remarkable knowledge. He was unbiased and took the time to answer any concerns or questions we had. Our report was emailed to us within 48 hours and included a picture of the home and an extremely detailed report for each facet of the home. I wish we were always buying houses so we could hang out with Fred, he's just that great!
