I’ve used Heather Allen for the purchase of 3 homes in about 2 years. In my opinion, she is the best realtor in Maine and I won’t use anyone else. She is super responsive with texts, emails, and phone calls. She is professional, ethical and super easy to work with. She is the perfect balance between being assertive when you need her to be but not pushy. She’s a delight and a joy and I give her my highest recommendation.

I would NOT recommend Steven Chicoine. He is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. My sister hired him to sell her house. It was an easy Cash deal, and he managed to do NOTHING. My sister had to do all the leg work and calls to organize a simple escrow closing that any professional would have been right on top of.
