I am so thankful that I found Sam's computer repair in Pittsboro, just when I needed it. Even though my old used computer was past the point of no return
They went out of their way to find, quality test and add software and ad blockers on it for a discounted price I could afford. I’m unemployed and really needed a laptop to complete tests for a job… I was a candidate for. The good news is I got the job!! And it wouldn’t have been possible without their sympathetic, very responsive and customer oriented staff

I first heard about Sam’s phone repair by word when he was recommended to me to replace my phone screen. When I went to see Sam he said the cost would be $150, which is steep for phone screen replacement. Sam assured me that the price was high because of the exceptional quality of his screens which were on par with OEM. That screen broke two weeks later when a tennis ball hit my pocket. I decided to take my phone to chapel hill and have it replaced for $80. Once the he was done replacing the screen he told me the screen on my phone was the lowest quality screen he had ever seen

My husband's iPhone had an issue with the mic not working. He could hear people through his hearing aids connected with bluetooth, but they couldn't hear him. David from T-Mobile recommended taking the phone to Sam. We were in and out of Sam's shop in less than 10 minutes. He found the issue and fixed it very quickly. We are beyond satisfied with the service we received, and we'll definitely go back. Sam was honest, knowledgeable, fair, and friendly--a great combination!

Was finally able to find someone to fix my LG phone screen. Sam was very professional, timely and polite. I got a quote from him and the parts were order. We set a date for a week after that phone call to repair the screen. He came to the house and took about 2 hours to fix it. All I had to provider was my phone and a space for him to work at. He had brought all his tools needed to make the repair. It was interesting to watch. He was also kind enough to answer my questions about what he was doing. Great guy. Would recommend!!

Most helpful, reliable and speedy service around. Sam replaced a faulty camera on my iPhone and guaranteed with a lifetime warranty. Service was so affordable (and quick) that I let him perform some diagnostics on a laptop that had been down for 2-3yrs that 4 other shops couldn’t revive. He had diagnosed for free, same day, and repaired with the correct parts by the end of the week. Will be doing business again!
