I have never had such terrible service. Incompetent people and terrible customer service from a company ever until now at AAtrex in Teaneck. They have sent me the wrong shoes in the right box twice and now she’s saying they don’t have any more of that shoe and didn’t offer anything to at least try to help and improve the situation I will never use them again I hope no one else does either !

At the Kiosk in the mall the reps are nice. Ive been waiting for my custom orthotics now for a month a week over the amount of time promised with no delivery in site. I called in twice and both time the representative said that the person responsible for custom orthotics was out of the office. Why bother selling if you cant fulfill orders? Absolutely abusive. Their responses are aggravating, terrible customer service, zero problem solving skills, they are asleep at the wheel. If you going to operate like this you should go out of business or sell to someone else.

They may sell a great product, but their customer service is miserable. From snarky customer service reps, to poor quality service provision - they do not give out the impression that customer care is a corporate priority. Refunds take weeks and weeks to process and again if you need help with one and have to call, you’ll be treated with disrespect.
