I lived here when they were first built...1972. I have always liked this place...the grounds are clean, the apartments are nice size..added bonuses are the washer and dryer in each unit and heat is paid. Downfalls are at times, can be noisy, and they recently said we could not have grills. These are apartments...if you are considering any apartment complex you have to expect noise

Counting down the months until our lease is over! We’ve had things that we listed in our move in list that we’re wrong that never got fixed. We had maintenance out atleast 3times within the first month we live here. Maintenance guys were nice but shouldn’t need our place fixed that many times, we learned to live with our problems at this point. Constantly leaving notes that workers will be by in a 2weeks span to replace batteries, filters, and so on. Glad they change these items but not glad that it’s a 2week unscheduled time frame. I can’t shower during the day out of fear that someone

I honestly really enjoyed my time living at Indian Springs. The rent was reasonable for the area and I felt relatively safe. The maintenance people responded quickly and promptly with fixing anything that was wrong. It’s not a luxury apartment but it was great for the price. Clean and no bug problems. I took away a star because management can be hard to work and I feel like a lot of our problems we had with them in the end could have been fixed sooner or not happened at all if the property manager had been more accessible to speak with instead. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there and would

DON’T APPLY HERE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Went and applied they wanted $50 for the application fee. So my boyfriend and I had to pay $100 just to apply. Then they called and denied us. Told me that I was approved and my boyfriend wasn’t and that he wasn’t allowed on the property at all. Which my boyfriend had no Criminal record that would’ve made them say that. Matter of fact the reason we were denied was credit card debt. Nothing over $3,000. So I told her I was going to say no then. So like 2-3 weeks later they call us saying we actually were approved. But we had to pay nearly $2,000
