We will also discover ways to put God at the center of your life. I am a certified life coach & certified spiritual coach, through the Life Purpose Institute.
I also have a M. Ed in Special Education. I am married and have three boys, two in middle school and one in high school. My husband has been in the military most of our marriage. This means that I have moved to three different states and three different countries. With every new move came the need for us to find a new church and for me to find a new group of Catholic women to surround myself with.

Individual life coaching is great if you would like to work one on one to achieve your goals, figure out next, or rediscover your true passions. Individual spiritual coaching is great if you would like to work one on one on enhancing and incorporating your spirituality into your everyday life. Also, if you would like help defining your spirituality.
I belong to a Catholic Charismatic Prayer Group in North Chelmsford, MA. Each week at our meeting we have time for silence so we can listen to anything the Lord wants to say to us. Back in the early 2000's this prayer group started to record any words of prophecy that were given at the meeting.
Each month they had several people that would re-read all the recorded words and discern what God's call, directive, proclamation, and promise were for that month.They would then put this information on a bookmark for everyone in the group to keep. For the last several months, I have been feeling as though God wants me to help get His words out to more people.

Catherine is an amazing life coach. She always has good advice and possible solutions when I feel stuck or frustrated in my ability to make a career change. She is very encouraging and uplifting. I now have a new job and have more time to focus on my family. I am looking forward to continuing down my path with Catherine's continued support and encouragement.

Working with Catherine is a delight to work with. She is right there whenever you need her and if not she helps you out in anyway she can. She provides support by guiding you towards the path you want to choose and provides examples when your stuck on any given situation. I am looking forward to continuing my work with her!
