Time slows down in this oceanside inspired one bedroom, one bath retreat. The art and special touches will transport you to a place where you'll almost smell the sea breeze and envision the sights and sounds of the beach. Awake from a restful night's sleep from the massive iron king-size bed that almost resembles ocean waves and features a pressure-relieving memory foam mattress, dressed in dreamy 100% cotton bedding.
This beautiful two-bedroom retreat is lovingly decorated in muted pastels, with comfortable furnishings, gorgeous artwork, and authentic items representative of various Eastern destinations. This suite offers a split floor plan with a front and back entrance, creating a generous living space.
The second bedroom with a queen-size bed is just off the living room and the master bedroom with a king-size bed is located in the back of the suite for a little added privacy.The Hollywood style bathroom offers two private half baths with closeable doorways joined by a shared bathtub/shower. Both beds feature pressure-relieving memory foam mattresses and are dressed in soft 100% cotton bedding.

We spent a couple of months at the Carlton Club Inn while we were waiting to move into a new home. The apartments are furnished with everything you need, they are immaculate, and the landscaping of the grounds is lush and beautiful. What makes this place extra special is the manager. Jamy is the gracious and hard-working. She clearly takes pride in taking great care of both the Inn and the guests. We had a couple of scheduling problems and Jamy was willing to work with us, for which we were very appreciative.

Great cabins tucked away between Main Street and the river. Jamy (the owner?) made our stay super. She checked with us to see if we had any particular needs, described the city and surrounding area, and went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Our cabin was "squeaky clean" and well furnished. Everything worked great. We're looking forward to our next trip!

OMG! What a great place..............so nice and clean and well appointed, and the Manager/Owner- Jamy is amazing. She will make your stay one to remember, and she will go the extra mile to ensure you are content,
and have everything you need. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed, beautiful, extremely clean, and having a real kitchen, with refrigerator,
microwave, stove, coffee pot, along with all the dishes, etc. is soooo
much better than staying in a hotel, hands down! When you're in Kerrville, you should call Jamy and check out this wonderful change from checking into a hotel.

My sister and I stayed at the Carlton Club Feb. 4, 2019, for 2 & 1/2 weeks and again March 1, for 1 week while caring for elderly parents. Each Apt. we stayed in was lovely: good beds and linens, complete kitchen, spacious and very comfortable. Jamie went out of her way to make us comfortable and attend to our needs. Can't think of a better place to stay.

Found this wonderful place while using the visitor app on my phone, and I highly recommend both the hotel and the app! The proprietor is super nice and accommodating- we were lucky to get a reservation short notice for one night and take in a little of what this nice town has to offer. Will be back, thanks.

We stayed here for the Kerrville Triathlon and were so impressed. We were in the French room, which is beautifully renovated, comfortable, and clean. We appreciated having a kitchenette with wine fridge, toaster oven, coffee pot, lovely blue and white dishes, and snacks and drinks left by the friendly and helpful property manager. The shower with a rainfall shower head and bench seat felt like heaven after completing 70.3 miles in the triathlon. The large flat-screen TV could be easily seen from the comfy king-sized memory foam bed. On top of it all, the location was walking distance to the race
