In August of 1983, the Vonic family opened their garage in Anaheim, Calif., and have been leading players in the industry of heavy-duty truck fleet services ever since. This place is not for RV's. Oil and filter change took one week, and I had to make several trips with no result. The owner/manager broke the entry door lock and refuse to replace it. He said he's am not responsible for it, and made me buy the part. i had no choice but to spend $170.81 to buy new lock.
Very disappointed for his dishonesty and lack of professionalism so I am thinking to take him to small claim court. It's really not only the money, but the way he handle it so he deserve to spend a day at the court, have fun, and pay.

This shop had my truck far longer than originally communicated to me. Never followed up and provided no details when I called the shop to obtain information. I finally got my truck back after months of waiting. Worst part is the bill was outrageous and the truck broke down within weeks. I took it to another shop and problem was fixed for a fraction of the price. This place is the worst ever.

This place has made me decide to do all our big truck repairs here. They told me they could do the job fast and it was actually true.

Had a great experience here with my RV. They were very professional, attentive and did a thorough job. I spoke to the owner a couple of times, he took my calls right away and met me when I dropped off my vehicle. He also kept me updated and was available when I picked up my rig. I would recommend this business.

Brought my 2012 Tiffin RV in for an oil change and roadworthiness/safety inspection. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Vonic. Juan Ortiz was my service writer. Friendly, knowledgeable, and good to his word. I highly recommend Vonic to RV owners, who are looking for great service at a reasonable price -- each of which is difficult to find, let alone finding them together in one place. I've had my RV serviced elsewhere in southern California. Vonic is my first choice from now on. Thanks for the great work!

This shop provided awful service and charged us outrageous amounts. We took our Hino truck to this shop several times and at times had to wait over a month just to receive a diagnostic!! This was after many calls asking for an update. We paid thousands for labor and we still had problems with the truck. We had only been in business for 1 year. We came to the point where we almost lost our business, because of the money we were spending on this truck. We ended up going to a different shop that charged us a fraction of what this shop charged us in labor and actually fixed the truck! Never had an

Took my Rv in for brake controller and 12v wiring into 7way trailer plug . Was charged 3 hours @126 an hour for what looked like a 10m job that they didn’t even do correctly. Didn’t install a circuit breakers like they said they would , and didn’t wire 12v for trailer power . Won’t ever do business with them again.

I'm not one to post bad reviews, but this was probably the worst experience I've ever had. Brought my RV in for service and repair. Was told it would be ready in a few hours. Made several follow up calls and all I got was the runaround. 4 days later, they informed me that they didn't even start looking into the issues and did not do the service. Rather than waiting around like a dummy; I pulled my RV from there and went to "Fleet Services" in Anaheim on Miraloma, they immediately began diagnosing and servicing my coach. Would've been back on the road today, however

First visit. Brought my diesel MH in for service and am totally impressed with their professionalism, and awareness of detail. Luis handled this service masterfully and I would recommend them to anybody.
Issues to be aware of though bringing a 40'r in and out:
1) Location. I'm glad Jeff TOLD me to enter from Santa Ana St. and not turn down Rose.
2) Getting out will be interesting. Brought my tow dolly with me probably not the best of ideas. But we shall see.

Oil change and chassis service for my diesel RV... They did a good job, but it took a little longer than I originally was told. The reason was a "double check" by a master mechanic, so that was good. They found a bad turn signal bulb in the safety check, and took care of it right away. It's a little hard to get in and out, and I had to back up maneuvering around other trucks! :-/ But Luis helped me out and made sure I didn't back over the curb! :)

My assigned charter bus out of SF limped all the way and finally broke down in Anaheim at Disneyland destination for 2 days. My dispatcher said I could limp east of the 5 to VONIC, and manager Jake at this TRUCK AND BUS REPAIR FACILITY bunch of mechanics could not have been nicer, what with all the neglected maintenance problems they helped me with. Thank you so much guys!! I really did not want to be stuck with moms and teenagers any longer!!
