Faulkner Flats Apartment Homes

BEWARE- this apartment complex will nickel and dime you for everything at check out. DO NOT leave at end of lease before you get checked out. Demand a check out!!We have pictures of clean apartment because my son graduated and had to leave before end of lease to start a new job and they charged him for everything. The manager (Morgan)will never call back. She has her assistant (Alec) call back. It is terrible what this company does to college students! They charge to clean a sink, clean a toilet, etc. Check the MS law before you pay for anything! They are in clear violation.

I loved there for three years and loved it until moving out. They leave ridiculous fees even if you opt in for the $250 cleaning service. Did not leave ANY damages, but they charged me $500 for “storing” (which they did not tell me) 3 rugs that they could have simply thrown away. Expensive lesson learned I guess.

Enjoyed my time here. They offer great amenities and very much enjoyed the pet park!

I love living in these apartments! The size and location is amazing!! They have great facilities to use like the pool, games in the lobby, and so much more!! I’ll be staying here a while!

Faulkner Flats is a great place to live and I absolutely love it!! The apartments are very nice and spacious and if you ever have any issues the maintenance people are there within 24 hours fixing it. The office staff are always awesome!

Very nice community with LARGE units! The kitchen and dining set up are a dream, and the kitchen has quickly become my favorite part of the apartment. The amenities included are the cherry on top. Between the dog park, swimming pool/hot tub, and access to the whirlpool trails, there is always plenty to do. Front office & Maintenance staff are super attentive and helpful in resolving any issues.

The best place I’ve ever lived in oxford! And I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The staff is great and so helpful! Great community all together!

Beautiful community. Love the poolside fire pit! Virtual fitness within the gym, tanning beds, pet park- they have it all. The modern finishes within the apartment homes are beautiful too! The kind employees make the community even better!

Nice property. I clean houses and have been inside several units. They have nice granite counters and stuff but the paint job in every unit I've seen was pretty sloppy. Very convenient location, pets allowed. 3 stories high, no elevators.
