Ordered a LEGO themed sheet style chocolate cake for sons 5th birthday. It did not disappoint! On top of tasting great, with just the right amount of frosting and richness, they loaded the top with home made chocolate legos in the traditional bold LEGO colors! Every kid wanted one, I had to cut them in pieces with scissors to spread them around. We’ll be back 🙂

I recently contacted them to do a cake for me via email. More than a week later I received a email back apologizing stating they had a family emergency but wanted me to send a picture of an example of what I’m looking for my cake to look like. I did that and I haven’t heard back from them. That was 9/8/21 almost a month ago. Not a good business tactic.

Jessi and her crew recently took care of our wedding cake, cupcakes and fruit tarts and everything was so yummy and beautiful!! From our first consultation to the end presentation they were thorough, helpful and totally on it. Our wedding cake looked exactly like the picture I had painted, color and everything. Our guests raved about how delicious the desserts were and gobbled them up!! Definitely a solid value, and we are more than happy to recommend these lovely ladies to anyone for their wedding desserts!!

We originally stopped by for the leather store next door but they were closed for the holiday weekend. We saw the bakery was open and needed to kill time so we stopped in. She apologized because she was short on cupcakes, her first customer of the day had wiped her out but there was no need for her to worry. She had so many other things to offer! Macaroons, parfaits, mini cakes, fancy cookies and brownies. We landed on a funfetti roll. A heavenly cinnamon roll/cake concoction with fun colors. We devoured it in the car. The ladies at Simply Caketastic were awesome! Email correspondence was quick and informative, the shop is cute, the tasting was so helpful, and the best part... the cake tasted AMAZING. Seriously, I was under the impression I would either get pretty or delicious, but they delivered both! The flavor options were so good it was nearly impossible to choose just a few combinations. She was so helpful in planning out flavors with decorations and a count on how many cupcakes. We hired Simply Caketastic for my daughter & son in law's wedding cake. My daughter has to eat gluten free. She also just wanted to tell them the wedding colors and let them design a cake. They did absolutely amazing! The cake turned out beautiful and it tasted so delicious. They are very knowledgeable and versatile with gluten allergies. I highly recommend them for your cake needs.
