My experience with the team at The Collective was outstanding! From the time I booked my appointment to the time I left it was nothing but stellar customer service. Very thankful for the compassion and care that this team has to offer. I have recommended them to many of my friends and even family members. Look forward to my next session!

The therapist I hired for my teen was "nice" but like everyone else here, billed me for cancelled appointments, I had to call several times just to cancel the appointment and they still didn't cancel it. Kept messing up the types of appointments - office vs virtual, and in the end the services and needs requested never happened. Not worth it, they clearly don't really care.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. To start the provider contacted my MINOR child and scheduled several appointments without any discussion with the parents. Then I called to see if there was anything that could be done in regards to the scheduling and I was told "we would need a release of information" to discuss scheduling. It seems to me that they are happy to bill your insurance and take your money for shady services. Parents beware. Fraudulent and unethical practices are at play.

My therapist was very nice , professional, but they keep trying to charge me for dates I’ve already paid and then when I respond they don’t get back to me. So then I keep getting emails and statements that I still owe money when in reality I’ve already paid! They better not send me to collections. They really need to get it together.

I had a session scheduled with Elena, but when I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist informed me it should have been telehealth and Elena should have communicated that with me. The receptionist then said I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule. That is absolutely unacceptable. Especially for clients suffering with high anxiety and depression. The receptionist (Chase) also proceeded to put the blame on me saying I could have a spam filter on my phone. Um no. They also have my emails address as I get confirmation emails. It truly is hard to find good therapists, and this just makes

The therapist I worked with was wonderful! The management and administrators were the most unprofessional group. I made a simple call to them about a prescription and was treated awful. Not only was I treated terrible BUT they went so far as to proved me with misinformation so they did not have to assist me with helping. I called to inform the management as I thought they would like to know that a representative of their company was beyond rude, told me misinformation and also intercepted an email that was clearly labeled for my therapist. I received a call from them and immediately they started

I highly recommend Danica Eilers. I was looking for someone who could level with me, someone who could build somewhat of a friendship with me so that I was comfortable talking about some of my personal struggles. Danica was exactly that and more - down to earth, great listener, happy all the time, with a great sense of humor. She was always honest and straight forward, while never telling me what exactly to do but rather leading me to the answers I needed to come to myself. Trustworthy, communicative, and overall just an awesome human. Life gets better with Danica in it. 10/10.

Kate P is incredibly difficult to work with. She literally refuses to help. Customer service level 0/10. Obviously, there are multiple complaints about Kate P.

I went here for medication management. Really loved it at first and I still do like my NP Victoria, she is very sweet and understanding. After a few months, I missed a few appointments because my sleep schedule was messed up. They have a credit card on file that they can charge the fee to (its my Mom's card so not sure if they actually did). After they wouldn't answer my calls or my Mom's call for a week, they called and said that if I wanted to continue with my NP that I would have to go to an IOP program. Which didn't make sense to me because the meds helped me a lot and I

I feel so lucky to have found The Collective! From the moment I walked in for the first time, I felt like I belonged there. The front desk staff is so warm and welcoming. They have coffee (!) and a very calm vibe. And my therapist, Sarah, is truly amazing - thoughtful, gentle, insightful. I'm so happy to have found such a comfortable, welcoming place to support me in the self reflection and work I am doing at this point in my life. I highly recommend!

I go here for therapy and medication management and I can say everyone here is amazing!

The admin staff is on top of it as well and quick to respond to any questions. I've never been more happy with a mental health care facility and I like that you can come here for both therapy and medication.

During these covid times they also offer zoom calls which is great, but also take the proper precautions if you come here in person.

From my initial contact into them about services to my actual appointment I could not be more pleased at their responsiveness, level of care, and accountability to help me with my needs. Their communication to/with me has been amazing! Making sure I understand and they have provided clear communication that is appropriate and not overwhelming. The staff has been incredible! Greeting me and welcoming in with warmth, caring and commitment to take care of me. I LOVE MY THERAPIST! Listens attentively, checks in during my session of how I and I’d we want to go through anything else. She truly cares

The Collective has some of the kindest, most helpful people on its staff - from the counselors to the administrative staff, they have all been great to work with. If you're looking for a counselor who will truly listen to you and help you work through whatever you may be enduring, I highly recommend scheduling a session with Sarah Sheets. She has been instrumental in my progress not only because of her knowledge in the subject matter, but also because of her kindness and obvious open heart.
